Very helpful and professional service.
I chose to purchase from WCD Group as the prices and review ratings were so good also their website was simple to navigate and purchasing was a very easy process.
Unfortunately the unit I ordered was not in stock however I was promptly contacted by a Gentleman who advised me of the situation and very helpfully suggested an alternative unit which is an Aquality cosmetal water filter and cooler which we are replacing our aged Winix unit with on a buy to use basis as we already have the infrastructure in place to do a plug and play change over (so to speak).
This unit appears to be a far superior steel machine with the ability to easily fill water bottles such as S`well brands as well as pint glasses.
I had a few questions that were answered quickly the communication is 100% from the people that work for this company I found and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
The delivery times was excellent and I would not hesitate to return to purchase from them again in future.

I have been trying to order a water…
I have been trying to order a water cooler/dispenser for several months, the first time I tried water coolers direct, all the ones in my price range were out of stock. The most recent time I discovered that, the one I was trying to order originally, was in stock, according to the website, but when i ordered it, I received a telephone call telling me it was out of stock and would I like to order a different one? Then all of the options were more expensive!! Is this a con? Also the information given on the website is different for each water cooler, one might be cups per hour, another will be, capacity of water tank in litres, and the staff have no more information for the customer. Hard to do a comparison. All in all, maintenance of website is poor, information is poor, the ability to purchase the cooler that you want, unless it is a more expensive one, is almost impossible.

Amazing Customer Service

Great service from the guy I dealt with. Refund issue promptly. The only point that prevented a 5 star review was thew fact that I was contacted back as you didnt have a new model that wanted in stock, however very happy wit hthe reconditioned model.
