The ordered water softener, Model Y, was delivered on the stated date, in Belgium, and was well packaged.

I had previously sent a few questions by email, which were answered quickly and correctly, and so I decided to buy a water softener from them.

I installed the water softener myself, the manuals are in English, and I have been using it for just over a few months now.

The hardness of the incoming water was 16°dH and now, outgoing, it is almost 0°dH.
My salt consumption is max 15kg/month.

I am very satisfied with it.

Have had my water softener for about 6 years when it flooded the kitchen.I live in France and they don't have anyone here, so quite a delay contacting them and getting a reply. W2B sent me the new parts to fix it. When fitting these, the resin spewed out of the cylinder. They sent me new resin, so now we have a fully working machine like new. My only real criticism is the quality of their repair videos, which need to be updated. You can't see what the engineer is doing as his hands are in the way. On the whole a good company to deal, friendly staff with and the product works well.

Was easy to install except from the fact that you have to push in really hard the water connectors before one can lock them, but for the rest no problem.

Excellent from start too finish we ordered the incorrect size water softener and had too return for different size unit. Water2buy were brilliant and nothing too much trouble. Have arranged too have the incorrect unit we ordered and arranging for correct unit too be delivered. 10/10. Would definitely use again. Thanks

Ich habe mir die W2B800 Anlage auf der Seite des Herstellers gekauft, da es dort eine Rabattaktion gab.
Das Anschließen ging relativ leicht zur Hand, wenn man die schlecht übersetzte Anleitung erst einmal verstanden hat.
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme habe ich eine manuelle Spülung durchgeführt. Stutzig machte mich das orange Wasser, welches aus dem Schlauch kam.
Nach einer weiteren Spülung normalisierte sich die Farbe.
Nachdem ich den pH wert des Wassers auf 8 dH eingestellt hatte, musste ich allerdings feststellen, dass unser Leitungswasser eigenartig salzig schmeckte. Daraufhin habe ich den Hersteller kontaktiert. Dieser empfahl mir in mehreren E-Mails in absolutem Kauderwelsch die Spül-Zeit zu verlängern. Sämtliche Einstellungen waren vergeblich und das Wasser schmeckte weiterhin salzig.
Als ich von meiner Garantie Gebrauch machen wollte, stellte der Hersteller den Kontakt ein.
Mithilfe meines Anwalts wollte ich die Garantie durchsetzen. Der Rechtsanwalt schickte ein Schreiben an die deutsche Adresse des Herstellers. Das Schreiben kam allerdings zurück, da die Firmenadresse nicht mehr existiert. Der Rechtsanwalt meinte, dass ein Durchsetzen des Garantiefalls mit einer Firma, die im Ausland ansässig ist, eher schwierig und langwierig ist und riet mir davon ab.
Also sitze ich jetzt auf einer 400€ teuren, defekten Anlage.

The water hardness test set price was 110,- NOK, the shipping 116,- (expensive). But the worst was the bill from the handler of the small packet for the VAT: 257,- NOK. Most of it for handling the payment of VAT.

I will therefore never use Water2buy again, since they are not able to include VAT in their original price.

Top notch service. Works a treat

Bought reverse osmosis system 3 years ago and product works v well. Developed a pinhole leak after a few years of use and a part was sent to fix it straight away after I provided photos of problem. Prompt response and good follow up whenever an issue.

Installation was easy but unfortunately I had some issue with the automatic regeneration. I contacted support team and after a quick response I got the required replacement parts. System is running smoothly and I appreciate the attention and quick response of W2B team. I recommend this company and products.

Once installed the set up instructions are sufficient to get the systems calibrated and operational. When we encountered what seemed to be a "problem", Steve in Customer Service successfully (and patiently) took us through the diagnostic and remedy. Turns out the system had been operating correctly all along; our low water consumption had masked that.

Just received my order of the large water softener. Delivery by DPD. Not fitted yet, but it's clear to me that great thought was put into the design of the product and particularly the packaging so that it wouldn't get damaged in transit.

Edit: Fitted softener a few months ago. Working well. Very happy

A Nightmare Installation Experience with Water2BUY EASY W2B200 Water Softener. If you can't deliver on your promises, don't make them in the first place. Installation is almost impossible with this product. The Water2BUY installation team was a nightmare, failing to confirm an installation date for 14 days before finally issuing a refund. I had to hire a plumber, and the first one canceled at the last minute. Two others refused to install this model, stating it was too difficult. In the end, I paid £850 to get it installed. What a nightmare! I haven't even used the product yet, but dealing with it has been a torturous experience.
