J'ai passé une commande directement sur le site de Water2buy le 26 janvier 2025. Le site indique que la livraison prend normalement 2 à 3 jours ouvrables après la commande : "Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days after placing your order." À ce jour, je n'ai reçu aucune mise à jour ni suivi concernant l'état de ma commande. J'ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails, mais je n'ai eu aucun retour. De plus, le numéro du support France ne fonctionne pas. Je commence à perdre confiance en ce site et je vais entamer des démarches judiciaires.

I purchased the best water softener they have, the x model, through their site.
I asked how to download the app which doesn't exist on Google Play but they don't give me any answers! so it's not true that there is an app to manage it...
furthermore, the site page dedicated to the product warranty does not exist and they don't even respond to the email I sent them describing the problems I had.

Ho acquistato tramite il loro sito l'addolcitore migliore che hanno, il modello x.
Ho chiesto come si fa a scaricare l'app che è inesistente su google play ma non mi danno risposte! quindi non è vero che esiste un'app per gestirlo...
inoltre la pagina del sitop dedicata alla garanzia del prodotto non esiste e neanche rispondono alla mail che gli ho inviato descrivendo i problemi descritti.

My Water 2 Buy W2B200 watersoftener developed a fault where the resin was escaping into the plumbing and out of the taps. Their Website help information does not cover this so I attempted to contact them.

They do not reply to their emails and respond to phone calls or messages left multiple times (0333 1503147). There are many complaints about this in the reviews.

I'm now going to have to purchase a new water softner, but not before checking out the aftersales support. I certainly would not recommend buying anything from Water 2 Buy.

if you want to buy anything of their product, good luck! They dont have number to call for help or follow up to, they dont respond to any email...You will get stuck if you have problems with the product.. Avoid this company.

Ordered a Water2Buy Premium Model Z Water Softener and Easy1 Drinking Water System on December 20th—it was delayed for nearly a month, and now I’ve received a faulty product with a broken seal.

Despite multiple messages and a support ticket with photo evidence, I’ve been completely ignored. To make matters worse, all company phone numbers have been removed from the website—a huge red flag.

I demand a full refund and a proper response immediately. Avoid this company!

Like other reviewers, there is no customer service whatsoever when a fault develops or you need support. Have phoned, left messages and emailed multiple times. Zero contract.

Ok products, but zero aftersales support

They seem.to have gone under, no way to talk to them, no replies to emails, noone answers the phone, don't risk it, if you got delivery no possibility of service or return, if you didn't impossible to talk to them. Avoid

Il numero di telefono è stato disattivato, ho comprato questo addolcitore ho aperto la scatola ed era rotto, ho mandato più mail all’assistenza non ho mai e ripeto mai avuto risposta, ho provato a contattarli su Instagram e su Facebook anche qui nessuna risposta, ho provato a scrivere tramite il loro sito e anche qui nessuna risposta. non c’è possibilità di effettuare il reso del prodotto o avere anche la minima garanzia, non so più cosa fare. Azienda davvero poco seria, non mi rimane altro se non riceverò risposta di incaricare un avvocato per una richiesta danni, comprate il vostro prodotto in Italia loro non hanno assistenza di nessun genere, quelle pubblicizzate sul sito come assistenza in Italia a Roma sono chiuse da anni, prima di acquistare provate pure a contattarli e vedrete che nessuno vi risponderà.

I do not recommend buying these products, Italian assistance is non-existent. The telephone number has been deactivated, I bought this softener, I opened the box and it was broken, I sent multiple emails to assistance, I never and I repeat never had an answer, I tried to contact them on Instagram and Facebook, here too no answer, I tried to write through their website and here too no answer. There is no possibility of returning the product or having even the minimum guarantee, I don't know what to do anymore. A truly unserious company, I have no choice but to hire a lawyer for a damage claim if I don't receive a response, buy your product in Italy, they have no assistance of any kind, those advertised on the website as assistance in Italy in Rome have been closed for years, before buying, try contacting them and you will see that no one will answer you

Is there a no star option?

This company either has no one to answer phones and emails or they simply don't bother. I have wasted so much time trying to get through to them. I sent one final email to elicit some response before posting this review.

Don't deal with Water2Buy unless you want a product only with no warranty, no help and no response from the company.

They don't answer phones.
The chatbot doesn't work.
They don't answer emails.
The activate my warranty is a dead link on the website as are numerous other options.

No reply from sales ... the live help bot does not work. Supposedly the agent for Ireland on a google search is culligan and they say they have nothing to do with water 2 buy. My order is with dpd for 4 days and its status hasnt changed .

Be careful, there is no customer service.I bought a service for my water softener and trying to reach them for 4 weeks now -no luck. So contacted my bank to get refund.

J'ai passé une commande le 3 janvier et j'ai demandé son annulation le 10 janvier, puis le 13 janvier puis le 15, le 17 sans jamais obtenir de réponse ou d'accusé réception. Sans aucun préavis , l'adoucisseur a été présenté en livraison le 17 janvier, livraison que j'ai refusée. Je n'ai tôûjoiur aucune nouvelle de leur part et j'attends toujours mon remboursement.

Have always been a fan of these guys as they have dealt with issues in the past quickly and effectively. Contacted them recently as we had a failure of the boiler unit for our boiling water tap and have not had a response. Tried calling them and only got an answer machine. Doing a bit of research (gov dot UK website) it appears that they have been shut down. A pity as if anything now goes wrong with the water softener I have installed then I will have to replace with another brand.

Very poor customer service. When I say very poor I mean none existent. Buy locally rather than from this company. I would give it less than one star.

Habe Anfang Dezember 2024 eine Enthärtungsanlage
Premium Model Y bestellt. Habe diese dann ca. 5 Tage später mit einen Lieferschaden erhalten. Es war nur der Überlaufanschluss abgebrochen. Habe mich dann an den Versender gewendet, von dem erhielt ich leider seid 6 Wochen keine Rückmeldung!! Der Support bei dieser Firma ist so schlecht, das man nicht einmal ein Ersatzteil bekommt.
Die Enthärteranlage ist Top. Aber was bringt es wenn
man ein Ersatzteil braucht und keines bekommt. Dan kann man die ganze Anlage auf den Müll schmeißen!

Produit arrivé cassé, Le SAV fait le mort.

Le carton a été reçu très abimé, la protection verte est pété. j'effectue le remplacement que je reçois très vite.
Mais mon plombier de retour de vacances, m'indique qu'en fait tout l'appareil est cassé.

Je fais photo, j'envoie au SAV, j'ouvre des tickets, je tente le chat bot. Aucune réponse si ce n'est "Oui votre produit a été donné à DPD" mais le numéro est toujours incorrecte si on va sur leur lien.

Probablement 450€ foutu en l'air :/

I purchased a water softener and installation service from Water2buy over 40 days ago. To date, no one has come to install the product, and my attempts to contact the company via email and phone have been completely ignored. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with Water2buy and would not recommend their services to anyone. Even getting a refund has been impossible. Truly a terrible experience.

I placed an order three weeks ago, order confirmed and payment has cleared. despite claiming that delivery is 2-3 days I have not received any confirmation of a delivery date and order status still states order confirmed. There has been no reply to my emails, online form and no one picks up on both UK and Ireland phone numbers. Given I have had no issues with this company in previous years I am suspicious that something is a miss with this company now. I would advise not ordering from Water2buy. I am £440 down with no water softener.
