The original watch I ordered was a birthday gift. It was on back order but was hopeful it would arrive on time, as the birthday was getting nearer it was apparent it wasn’t going to arrive, I contacted your customer support team who changed my order for a different watch in stock and sent it out for next day delivery, happy to say I have it now in time for the birthday

I ordered a Mondaine Classic White Green (A660.30360.16SBF) watch from Watch Pilot for my husband’s birthday and waited 28 working days with no proactive updates at all. I had to chase repeatedly, was promised call-backs that never happened, and was given conflicting information by different staff.

I was first told the watch was delayed due to Christmas manufacturing backlogs, then later told by a manager that Mondaine had actually stopped making the watch altogether. After all that, my order was suddenly cancelled without my agreement and I was left waiting for my refund, which took days to arrive.

Watch Pilot took my money for over a month for an item that clearly wasn’t available, failed to communicate properly, and then offered a token discount on a future purchase instead of any real compensation.

This whole experience has been stressful and disappointing, especially as the watch was meant to be a special gift. I’ve reported the matter to Trading Standards and would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Watch Pilot unless you’re happy to wait indefinitely and chase them for answers.

Ordered a Seiko for a gift and it arrived within 2 days, really great service! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Ordered an expensive watch for my partners 50th on the 21st of August. Still not delivered. Was shown on website as back order and to allow 28working days for delivery but advised it is normally sooner. Email communication is poor, waiting days for responses only to be fobbed off. They advised will come back to me and they haven’t. It’s beyond a joke now: avoid this company. Will be contacting them for refund. Currently on the 40th working day.

I am buying a gift for my husband and Isha was so helpful. She provided me with prompt regular updates on my order and she also helped me change my order so swiftly.
Really good customer service and due to this I am more likely to shop with watch pilot.

Good quality

Bought the tissot digital prx watch for my husband, gorgeous retro looking watch to add to his collection. Service was so great - next day delivery ! Perfect condition . Amazing service 10/10

I ordered a watch and wasn't expecting it to arrive so late due to being on back order, but after emailing customer service, I received a prompt reply and assurance of their legitimate services. Although the website platform could be improved to prevent purchases of out-of-stock items and offer email notifications when items are back in stock, I did receive the watch within the estimated time, about a month later. I'm happy with the watch and won't be leaving a bad review due to the good customer service experience.

Great comms and it came in a couple of days.
Can’t complain about that.

What a great service. My order was delayed in transit through no fault of their own.The team could not of been any more helpful in sorting it out.I highly recommend this site great watches at great prices.

Fast delivery and product as described.

However, they do not offer free returns.

You have 60 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item but you have to pay for the postage.

If you wish to make a return, you have to e-mail them or message them on WhatsApp for them to tell you the return address. When you do so, they ask you why you want to return, and then ask you if you want an exchange instead.

Overall, the returns process could be simpler and easier.

Worst company I've had the misfortune of ordering from
Paid for a gucci watch in good faith I would receive in their designated timescale I.e. 4 week maximum
It's 8 weeks no watch and you go round in circles when you ask when you can expect to receive it because they won't answer a simple question
Dire avoid at all costs!!!

I bought a watch in watch pilot and received an empty box instead when complained about it they're just coming up with reason like i have informed my manager about it , no updates on the incident or no response until i call them every now and then , really disappointed and they actually say that this never happened which shows like I'm lying here

Ordered on Friday and it was dispatched same day with next day tracked delivery.

I received the watch but sadly the box was damaged in transit. I emailed customer service who very quickly apologised and issued me a replacement box which came the very next day.

Isha was super efficient and helpful. The watch is beautiful and I cant wait to give it as a gift to my son.

Very competitive price, beautiful watch, and super fast dispatch and delivery.. Thank you! Dan

Great experience with Watch Pilot and Waseem from customer service. I had some reservations ordering such an expensive watch online since I’ve always bought from a store. Waseem answered all my questions promptly and professionally easing any concerns.
Watch arrived next day in perfect condition with all paperwork.
Very happy with my new watch and my experience with Watch Pilot.

Not only did I get a great watch, at a great price. The customer service has been incredible. Isha was an absolute delight to deal with via email.

I sent my watch back to get adjusted and and links added, a service that costs nothing. I've thoroughly enjoyed my 1st experience being a customer here and I will be returning.

Thanks again to Isha, and the team at Watch Pilot.

10/10 service.
