Poor Service - Avoid This Company Order No. #127376
I ordered a watch online over a month ago and never received it despite payment. Throughout this period, I was repeatedly given excuses. After being strung along for weeks, I had to cancel my order. The lack of delivery and constant deflection suggests this company operates unprofessionally at best. I cannot recommend Watch Pilot and would advise others to shop elsewhere for reliable service.

I asked something and I got an instant response and clear information and changed something for me and fixed my order 100% recommend helped a lot😀

Price on google states £1250 but is £1125 with code but when you load website to pay says £1250 no code is provided when i contact customer service just told no code available and price is £1250 so false advertisement

I ordered a watch for my partners birthday present and when it came the watch was too tight - I contacted on a Saturday not expecting a response until the next working week but heard back within the hour and extra links dispatched 2 days later for no extra charge! I spoke with Isha who was extremely helpful- 100% would recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a watch from here :)

I bought a Junghans watch for over 500euro. It took about three or four weeks to arrive, Order No. #126972.
Unfortunately the seconds hand does not align with the markings on the watch face, this is simply not good enough for any watch, nevermind 500+euro. I sent WatchPilot an email seeking exchange, they replied requesting video of the watch, then they said video i sent doesn't work, they asked me to send the video to another vendor / company and they will reply back, i got no responses from them since, i asked for a return label, no reply.. getting ignored by the company, it's very annoying !! terrible customer service. I want a return label please !!!

update, I had an email 3 days ago saying 'I kindly ask for your patience as I have requested the prepaid shipment label from my team. Once I receive it, I will share it with you promptly' 3 Days ago!!! for a return label..

update: I eventually received a return label, I returned the watch in exchange for one without fault, still waiting to receive the watch.. im a bit worried there'll be more shenanigans..

Watch Pilot there Emporio Armani watch is original branded armani i am so happy with it can't say anything better than that they are excellent

Watch came within 2 days, brand new watch which arrived with everything, got in touch straight after purchase asking about any adjustments needed before sending the watch.

Brilliant service couldnt of asked for anything more.

I was served by Isha , best customer service.

My watch was on back order at the time of my order but 6 weeks later it was still not in stock so I contacted customer service who said I could get a refund or switch to a watch in stock - I choose a new watch and the whole process was very quick and the customer service was very quick to respond to my emails.

I ordered a watch for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Although it was on backorder—which I was fine with—as the date approached, I became concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time. I contacted WatchPilot, and Isha went above and beyond by organising an even better watch and arranging next-day delivery to ensure it arrived on time. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service. I will definitely shop with WatchPilot again, and I highly recommend them.

I had concerns I wouldn’t receive my purchase in time for my granddaughters 16th Birthday, so i sent an email which was replied to immediately. Very helpful and professional and my Granddaughter loved her gift.

The Armani Watch I had ordered was out of stock when I purchased it, I knew that at the time, but after a couple of weeks of not hearing anything, I emailed them and they came back to me straight away, advising that it is still out of stock, but did I want to swap it for a different coloured face, which they would dispatch straight away - It only took minutes for each reply back to me, I found it super service and look forward to receiving the Watch shortly

Not helpful and really need to up there game. Will never use watch pilot again. The fact in the email they mention the bonus is a joke
