WRONG WATCH SENT
They sent me the wrong watch when I went through WhatsApp they said to send it back and seemed to be helpful as they would send me the right one straight away as it was due to a labelling error. A couple of days past and I still havent heard anything I tried whatsapp again they ignored me! So I emailed them for them to say it was the correct watch when it wasn't i showed the watch I had bought and the whatsapp conversation im now being ignored and dont know where I stand with my order! They just kept saying do you want to cancel your order instead of just sending me the right watch! Its very annoying when the watches are over £100. So now I dont know what's going on! Very frustrating. It also had nothing to do with light angles one had a dial round the face one didnt thats the difference!

Besvarelse fra Watch Pilot
Dear Racheal, We sent you the correct watch, we were just unsure from the photos you sent us, thats why we thought it might be a labelling issue, we have been responding to you non-stop. We have asked you what actions you would like to proceed with. We can understand why you though it might be another model due to the matt black finish appearing slightly different from different light angles. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback on the product.
Wrong watch and Data Breach.
Ordered a watch. Package delivered today. They sent me the wrong watch. The invoice inside the parcel is for a completely different person, showing their name, address and telephone number. Flagged this with customer service and they just fobbed me off and asked me to send the watch back. Highly concerning behaviour regarding customer data.

Dear Edward, we are sorry that you received the wrong watch and this happened because we mixed up the invoices and that is the reason why you received someone else invoice. We certainly do not send other people detail out intentionally and it was a clear mistake from our packers and we are sorry about this. We will send you the correct watch and the correct invoice as soon as we will receive your return, regards

Perfect.
I brought a watch knowing it was out of stock and would wait for delivery. The commutation from Watch Pilot was absolutely fantastic. Replying to my emails literally within minutes. Watch arrived today (before my son’s birthday) and packaged very well and the watch is perfect. Very positive experience. If only every vendor was this good.

Fast Delivery of an Authentic Tissot PRX Watch
First time ordering from Watch Pilot, but the deal on the Tissot PRX 35mm was hard to beat by other retailers I usually buy from. I was also slightly sceptical about the authenticity of the watch, but when it arrived, I did a thorough check and there was nothing wrong with it at all. They dispatched it the same day (ordered in the morning) and it arrived the next day via Royal Mail. First order, but definitely not the last.
