New customer experience.
This was my first time ordering from Watch Pilot. I have made two payments yet I haven’t received my order; I’ve been told it’s on its way.
Improved communication would have allayed my fears & reduced my anxiety levels.
If my order is not received by the end of August then I’ll apply for a refund & not make the third & final payment.

Customer service rep was poor
Customer service was very poor. I purchased an item that was to be delivered within 2-3 working days. However, no email was sent to say why the parcel had not been delivered. Also, I was unable to track the package, so I contacted customer service to inquire what was happening with my item. The customer service rep was very abrasive, failed to explain the reason for the delay, and gave a customary apology. He was rude enough to ask if I wanted to cancel the order. Shocking...

Disappointing Experience Overall
I had high hopes for my new watch, but the delivery was way slower than promised. When it finally arrived, I found it didn’t match the description on the website at all. The color was off and the band felt cheap. For the price, I expected better quality. Not sure if I’d recommend it after this experience.
