My partner ordered me a pair of Raybans from the site on august first, the items were delivered promptly. When opening the gift on my birthday there was no lense cloth in the packaging. Which causes me to question the uathenticity of the item. As you can imagine, this didnt go down well with the other half! She has tried contacting their customer service dept via email about this with zero response. Maybe not a huge issue, but not great customer service.

Ordered two watches at the start of July. Immediately received an email to inform me that one was dispatched and the other was on back order and would take up to 28 working days. Zero comms up until the 28 day point when I had to email them. Got a standard response thanking me for my patience. No indication if my watch was on its way or not but informed I could select another from their website for immediate dispatch if I wanted. Given you have no idea if the watch you want is actually in stock and the particular watch was a gift I decided against that idea.
Two weeks later still no news, and I had to chase them still same standard reply. No indication if they have actually received my watch or when I will get it. No offer of a refund or any form of goodwill gesture and now I am facing the embarrassment of trying to find an alternative gift elsewhere and potentially chasing a refund from them.
The watch I did get was great and delivered quickly. But before you order anything from them I would suggest you check they have it in stock first.
Its the end of August now and no watch or any timeline for delivery, just being thanked for my patience!

Update: I did eventually get a refund but I had to press hard to get it.

Watch Pilot is a great company to purchase from, the customer service is excellent. I was away when the watch was due to be delivered so I emailed them and they held the order until my return it was despatched and arrived within 24 hours.The Armani watch is as described and was at a good price.

Very good costumer service, the item took some time to arrive because it was out of stock , but the service and the responses were very quick and very helpful would 100% recommend.

Dhanush went out of his way to help provide top notch support, when we had made a mistake with our order. He kept us up to date with the order and provided email support throughout. This gave us piece of mind and we felt we were dealing with a bespoke service rather than bots!

Ordered a watch then was told it was out of stock tried to order and switch it around to get one for my girlfriend’s birthday but no joy finally turned up 11 weeks after ordering but did receive it in good work in order just 11 weeks too late

Ordered a watch on the 10th of July as wedding gift for the father of the bride,

We was told it would be delivered within 28 days, on the 19th of august, 3 days until the wedding they informed us it wouldn't be here in time for the wedding, but suggested swapping to another watch they could have delivered in time,

Today 20th of august, we leave tomorrow for the wedding on Saturday, they have now decided this new watch will also not be delivered in time for the wedding,
