Good communication, quick shipping, up to date tracking. Only issue was minor… delay at customs for values on paperwork didn’t add up. DHL sorted and got package moving again.

Thank you very much for your review. We are pleased that you felt well informed throughout your order and that everything moved along quickly overall. We are sorry there was a delay at customs because the values on the paperwork did not match correctly. Even when the carrier is able to resolve it, we understand that an unexpected hold like this is frustrating when you are waiting for your package.
We are glad DHL was able to get the shipment moving again and that the rest of the experience left you with a positive impression. We hope you are very happy with your purchase, and if you ever need our help again, we will of course be happy to assist.

Must try harder
Watch strap was exactly the same as original and a reasonable price but the delivery time was supposed to be 2-3 days .. dispatched Monday and arrived Saturday!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are really pleased that the replacement strap turned out to be such a good match for your watch and that the price felt fair. We do understand your disappointment with the delivery, though. When 2–3 days are indicated and the parcel only arrives on Saturday after being dispatched on Monday, that wait feels noticeably longer than expected. Once the parcel has left us, the final delivery is handled by the carrier, but we fully understand that this still affects the overall experience. We hope the strap itself makes up for some of that frustration and that your watch feels complete again.
Kind regards,

Thank you for your review, Lawrence.
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. Spring bars are not included with the strap, as the original spring bars from the previous strap can normally be reused.
When ordering a strap, compatible spring bars are always offered as an optional accessory during the purchasing process. In this case, they were not added to the order.
We are sorry for any misunderstanding and hope the new strap is now fitted correctly.
Kind regards,

Not a UK based company, delays in delivery
Not a UK company. Despite the web address and misleading name, they are not uk based. My order was almost a week later than stated and poorly packaged. The box was open when it arrived. Certainly would not order again from this Netherlands based company due to delayed shipping and delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations regarding the delivery time and the condition of the packaging upon arrival.
We would like to clarify that we do not state anywhere on our website that we are based in the UK. We clearly mention that Watch.co.uk is part of Holland Watch Group, and our company information is available on our website.
We understand that delivery delays can be frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We always aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but occasionally delays can occur during transit. We are also sorry to hear that the package arrived in a condition that was not as expected. We will take your feedback regarding the packaging into consideration.
Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us improve our service.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that finding the correct strap for your watch felt straightforward and gave you confidence in your choice. We understand that it was disappointing to wait several days longer than expected. After dispatch, the delivery is handled by the postal service, so delays can unfortunately occur while the parcel is on its way. We are glad that everything else remained clear and uncomplicated, without any unexpected import charges. We hope the new strap fits perfectly and gives your watch a fresh, familiar look again. Should you need anything else in the future, we will be happy to help.
