I made my purchase on 3/7/2026 and it was with me, via international delivery service, on 10/7/2026, (5 working days).

I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed...
I ordered a replacement strap on 9th June and at the time of writing this on 1st July, it has still not been received. I have been emailing the company on numerous occasions since them and only occasionally do the decide to reply. Most emails are not acknowledged or responded to. I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed. According to the tracking, my item has supposedly been sitting in customs for nearly a month. After a week I asked then to look into it, but this was dismissed as they can't control customs. After another week I ask them again and a few chase up emails later I was told they would ask their delivery partner. I still haven't heard any more despite further chase up email nearly a week ago. I've now asked for a full refund so I will have to hope that this happens. If it is a failure of customs or delivery company that's one thing, but the lack of customer service and absence of any willingness to resolve the issue, such as sending out a replacement, puts the blame squarely on watch.co.uk. My advice would be avoid this company.
Updated - I wish the company would come back to emails as quick as they do to poor reviews. Tells you something. I'd just like a refund now please. ORDER NUMBER 11880469

Watch strap
I ordered, order no - 11879380) a watch strap on the 9th June which was meant to be delivered by the 12th June. I checked the tracking and it hadn't moved since the 10th June.
On the 15th June I completed a contact form online and was meant to receive confirmation that they had received it but got nothing.

Poor service and faulty strap
First strap arrived faulty and well outside the implied shipping time. 2nd strap ordered, but no communications as to when and if it will arrive. Very poor service and poor quality watch strap. I’ve waited over 3 weeks, no strap, refund requested.

However, we would like to clarify that after you reported the issue with the first strap, we immediately arranged a replacement for you. As this strap was not available from stock, it had to be specially ordered from the supplier. We informed you by email that a reservation had been created in your name and that the replacement would be shipped as soon as it arrived.
The replacement strap was subsequently delivered to your address on 6 June.
We understand that the waiting time was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the need to order a replacement from the supplier. However, we did keep you informed by email and ensured that a replacement strap was provided as quickly as possible.

Item very slow to arrive
Item very slow to arrive, no wonder since seller is in Rotterdam. They try to hide this fact by selling the products from a "co.uk" domain. At best this is very misleading. If you search for "Buy watch straps from UK seller", they have dominant place in search engines - despite it not actually being true. They are NOT a UK seller. They mail products to an address in the UK, then send onwards by 48 hour PO signed for. Cost of shipping (over £5.00 for a thin and light watch strap) was also expensive. CS support was OK.

They have a vast range of original watch straps from which I was able to purchase an original for my 12yr old Citizen Echo-Drive watch.
Not the cheapest but excellent quality and delivered without any problems.
