When contacting Warranty Assist Customer Service Team for advice and help in a repair matter, we found them to be helpful with information and guidance on how to procedure. Also when repairs where completed they where prompt in reimbursement.

They don't even deserve the 1 star! Honestly, the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! After 5 weeks of back and forth, trying to sort an issue with my car, I thought everything was resolved but now they're finding more reasons to delay paying out! Absolutely ridiculous! Happy enough to take my money tho 😃

Dane was very helpful, and explained how my car would be fixed and how the process would work. He took the time to explain each step and broke down the price, he was very patient and very helpful.
I made my request on my warranty and it was dealt within two days

An issue occurred with my gearbox and after some initial back and forth, the claim was eventually settled. My thanks goes to Dane who handled the escalation quickly and efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring a fair outcome. His professionalism and commitment to resolving the issue were appreciated. Dane’s approach stood out, and he is a credit to the team.

FALSE HOPE

best way to describe warranty assist is that they are like a false hope, you feel good having it, but God forbid you ever need to make a claim then its game over.
staff are rude and make same promises and excuses, give you run around for days and eventually same circus act, its been refused.

i knew they were bad but i thought that's the case for all warranty companies, until i went online to forums and spoke to traders and garages, none of them recommended warranty assist, in fact most said avoid like the plague, all complained about same thing, cant get through to them, staff lie and give you the run around, they never pay out.
was recommended three companies kept popping up, wont mention them here, but they have been great. save yourself expensive legal action and court cases, avoid WARRANTY ASSIST.

I was assisted by Dane and Ryan who kept me updated throughout the whole process, they both took care of all the admin work and was in contact with the garage consistently getting updates then forwarding them to me, which reduced stress on my end and overall a great experience using warranty assist for the first time.

When bought this warranty customer service re assured me few times that's my warranty is live from day one , 10/10 one , week later went to mechanic to check car and guess what ? Flay wheel and clutch for changing , i did know warranty not cover flay wheel and only some part of the clutch but that's not the point , email from warranty says that's warranty is active after 30 days / 100 miles lol , one more if they thing it was preexisting issue they will still not cover ( hahahah) , but still u can cancel after 14 days lol , anyway great customer service !!!!!

I've had my Jaguar warranty for 6 months and thankfully I chose this provider. Dane Walters was of particular help and Ryan (sorry didn't catch his surname) was excellent as well. I was referred to a local mechanic promptly and the problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a good warranty.

Had an engine management light came up on my car, I quickly called the Warranty Assist. The warranty team I spoke to helped to arrange a car for diagnostic at their approved garage. After diagnostic turn out there is a faulty on one of my fuel injector. Luckily for me the fuel injector is covered by the warranty. The claim process is very quick and straightforward, after the warranty received the necessarily document to do the work, next day I already received a call that my claim has been successful. I just want to say thank you to Ryan for helping me with this case.

I highly recommend Warranty Assist (WA) to anyone looking for a hassle free warranty cover for their vehicle.

I bought a car which came with a WA warranty. I recently had an issue with my car and contacted them.

The Customer care manager (Dane Walters) was very helpful and guided me through the claim process.

Although I had some difficulty getting the information needed by Warranty Assist, the person I dealt with on the phone (Samuel) was most helpful and patient. He understood the difficulty I had in using the computer and sending the required documents and was very understanding

Amazing Service by Dane Walters, he was very friendly and caring for customers, when you sent your claim first the process is a bit slow, take over a week, I understand that they may have lots of customers and follow a step by step process, but once the claim was accepted is a good feeling that you are cover for some repairs on your car and you’re not alone, Thanks Dane! This company is an absolute scam,

Recently purchased a car from Car Planet Watford and was given 3 months Warranty with Warranty Assist with my car purchase.

After my car broke after 7 weeks, I was advised to proceed with a claim against Warranty for the fixture.
After weeks of dealing with Warranty Assist, I was asked to provide Service History and as the service was done 4 months after it was due (due to Car Planet having my car for sale - not with me), they advised they would not deal with my claim.

This is now leaving me with a battle with Car Planet for payments I have had to complete in order to fix my vehicle.

*Update - 13/01/25)*

Received a call from Warranty Assist today, opened the call by coughing down the phone to me, and then advised instead of going back and forth in email we could have a conversation over the phone and asked about my experience/issue.
When trying to let them know my issue, I was cut off. After advising if I was going to experience a similar experience to his colleague i'd rather not speak to them.. in which they asked me to go on and then covered their mic to clearly moan about me.

I then ended the call.

The biggest SCAM ever ! Please people do yourself a favour and NEVER give any money to these charlatans ! They will not cover for NOTHING and they will find the most ridiculous and unreasonable excuse !
Had my car over a month in their recommended garage and at the end they told me they cannot cover any of the problems !!
The worst service ever ! I have never experienced such an unprofessional and scamming behaviour before!

For your reply...I didn't use the car all this time. The problem with the coolant happened ALL OF A SUDDEN and it was NOT a pre existing issue! The pre existing problem had NOTHING to do with the current problem ! I asked 3 different mechanics and they all told me the same thing !
All these that you are saying above are just cheap excuses !
I also never got back my £72 as you had promised !

I paid for a Gold Warranty recommended by Car Planet when I purchased my car, under the belief it would cover most major parts. Within 3 months, the transmission control unit failed and Warranty Assist wouldn’t pay out as they said the item wasn’t listed in the warranty. The cost of replacing the TCU is circa £1850. I would not recommend this company.
