Been going to the Walgreens in Jacksonville North Carolina on 258 and yopp road for 7 years. I was on ozympic 0.5 mg and then my doctor called in a new prescription for 1 mg Walgreens filled it I used it for that month then it was time for the second pin to be refilled my husband went and picked it up brought it home next day opened up the package and it was 0.5. I called them they said oh we see you have two prescriptions on files I said yes but I'm not on 0.5 I have been on 0.1. I went back the next day to pick up the new prescription the one I should have got the first time only to have to pay him another $49.99 which at that point I lost my cookies. I called everybody and anybody in Walgreens and every one of them women and the manager in that store gave me the runaround were rude we're nasty. Even the higher up woman who oversees all the Walgreens for Jacksonville basically told me to take my business somewhere else well guess what America I did just that but with that being said I had to pay$ 49.99 For the prescription that they filled wrong. Then when they filled the right one they still made me pay another $49.99 for their mistake. So I am telling all Walgreens customers whether you're inside or outside do not leave that pharmacy without opening up your medication bags and checking the prescriptions. I didn't make the mistake they did. And with that being said I will never ever spend a penny in Walgreens anywhere in the United States of America ever again.

Antibiotic Prescription sent from Prompt care to Walgreens in East Peoria il. Walgreens not filling prescription until following day. Had called store regarding receiving med and told could pick it up before closing time. When arrived right before closing told would not be ready until next day. Total chaos.

You say you care about your employees. What I’ve personally witnessed tells a different story.

I’ve witnessed employees assaulted by customers. I’ve witnessed employees assaulted by coworkers who remained employed afterward. I’ve witnessed stores left with a single employee to run the floor, even though robberies and emergencies happen.

You claim theft is hurting your business, yet I’ve watched used makeup accepted for return. I’ve watched open food refunded. I’ve watched broken jewelry refunded after a customer admitted she wore it until it broke. At the same time, food that is still safe to eat is pulled from shelves and thrown into the dumpster instead of being donated to people who need it.

Then there are the hours.

Hiring someone as “full-time” means nothing if they’re scheduled 12 hours a week. People can’t pay rent, buy groceries, afford medications, or support their families on promises. Many Walgreens employees work two or three jobs just to survive.

Your employees deserve safe workplaces. They deserve adequate staffing. They deserve consistent hours. They deserve policies that value people over waste.

Stop talking about caring for your employees and start proving it.

This is the second time in years that I'v attempted to use the Walgreens virtual visit. Once again, they have no probs taking your money only to tell you that they can't help after all. I had a question i didn't want answered by my primamry doc yet they kept insisiting i talk to him instead about a very common problem that should have been an easy presription fix. Instead, minutes after paying, they say they can't help and that i need to go elsewhere. Just another cash money grab where you get no answers from people qualified to help, but unwilling to do so

Walgreens pharmacy drive-thru needs to do better. Lady at the window yesterday had an attitude. She kept cutting me off when I was asking about my prescriptions and I finally had to drive off before I got an attitude back. She even told me when I asked when a prescription would be in that she didn’t keep up with that. This was at the Lumberton, NC location after 5pm.

I placed a pick up order online and sent my 70-year-old mother up there to pick it up because I am without a vehicle at the moment. She went through the drive-through and was told by a pharmacist that there was no order for my name in the back and that I, myself, would need to call to the front desk and have them at the front desk bring it to my mother out front of the store. I spoke with a very nice store manager who stated that that was wrong and that the pharmacist should’ve called to the front and had the front clerk bring my order to the back. I sent my mother through the drive-through to avoid her having to get out of her vehicle, yet instead she was still made to get out of her vehicle. I one hundred percent know it’s because she’s African-American. Yes I’m going to pull the race card because the pharmacist are trained and they know exactly how the pick up orders work and this was a very small order with only three small items; two travel size items and Noxzema pads. I had to explain to my mother that racism happened and can happen even when people are being nice to you, because she know her job so I went ahead and also filed a complaint with corporate as well. I’ve had a racial encounter a long time ago when this location was called Eckerds and I was given a full apology by corporate via letter And then when it turned to Walgreens I still saw the same old white lady that worked at Eckert. So I know racism is definitely in the store. Especially when you have some of the same people.and just to see my mother go through this was disgusting and that’s to say the least and that’s me keeping it professional. That pharmacist knows her job she knows her job if she does not know her job then she should not be back there even for something as simple as this. one day maybe one of her mistakes may cost someone their life.

My mother 70 years old, she had no business getting out of a vehicle in 92° weather . Racism is a bliss no matter what the excuse is.

Their system will repeatedly drop medications from the file without any communication at all and this js completely unacceptable.

If you’re a new pharmacy technician with no experience do not go for an interview at the Westbrook, Connecticut Walgreens. I’ve never met a bigger jerk for a store manager in my life he went out of his way to put me down and to mansplain me he lied to me that the position I applied for wasn’t a Pharmacy Technician position even though it clearly lists those duties on the job posting and wants you to be PTCB certified which I am. Biggest mistake I made going there for a interview don’t make the same mistake.

My Walgreens is a Fedex dropoff point. I had dropped off a package that was a return of equipment to Direct TV. I dropped it off on the first and on the 8th it hadn't moved. If my package wasn't delivered on time it would cost me $240. I went to the store and asked about it and they had no answer. I could see my package sitting on the shelf and pointed that out to the incompitent employee and she asked when it was supposed to be shipped. My reply was on the day I dropped it off and told her to get my package and give it to me so I could take it to a more responsible shipper drop off. Now I understand why Walgreens has mostly negative reviews.

On July 2, 2026, I requested that my new pharmacy transfer all my prescriptions from my Walgreens pharmacy account(70634). Walgreens Pharmacy makes claims that much of your business with them can be done online. This isn't true.

The new pharmacy contacted me on July 7, saying they've tried several times to contact my local Walgreens Pharmacy but, no one answers the phone. I myself then tried their Chat, which said to call their online help at 1-877-250-5823. Their live agent at that number said he'd transfer me to their e-pharmacy. He did. Then, after a few minutes of explaining what I was trying to do and what had happened, she transferred me to my local pharmacy. All in circles and nothing accomplished. All parties, including myself, were polite to each other. But, none of their customer service agents were knowledgeable or helpful. Unfortunately, Walgreens Customer Service is non-existent. I'm not being mean, I'm simply being factually correct.

The first time I realized that Walgreens had some problems was the disconnect between their online customer service and their local pharmacy. Any issues you may have with Walgreens has to always be done by calling your local Walgreens, which is always understaffed and don't, or can't, answer their phone. Their local employees agree that calling national numbers or using online email contacts are useless. This defeats the whole purpose of making claims everything can be done online. I eventually had to contact my prescriber to get the transfer done.

The bottom line is that Walgreens Pharmacy has a website but doesn't embrace technology by using it and it has no such thing as customer service. When a company ignores it's customers and doesn't provide a good customer service experience, that's usually the beginning of the end. Think Montgomery Wards, K-Mart, J.C. Penney and many more.

The Walgreens in Wakefield, Mass has the rudest pharmacy staff ever!!!!!

Not even a one star. Pharmacy is rude, unprofessional, and uneducated. I wouldn’t use them if they were the last place in town.
I’ve been told they had my scripts ready. I wait 4 days until going up there, the app kept telling me they were del. I called yesterday and they said all three were ready. Bull crap! None of the scripts were available. Asshat pharmacist was completely rude. CVS here I come.

3124 Line Ave, 71104 employee Grace doesn’t exhibit customer service skills (lacks critical thinking, listening skills and empathy). She does not need to work face to face with customers. She would be better used in stocking.

Walgreens sucks always low inventory pharmacy completely closed for lunchtime obviously a management issue. Don’t know how to rotate employees to pharmacy open. Will never go back again

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Walgreens location trying to make a simple cash deposit into my account. Not only was the customer service bad, but the store manager completely lacks basic knowledge of Walgreens' corporate policies. Manager turn me away from depositing money into my account for no reason except he claim I said his name at another Walgreens while making a deposit. I don't know what that has to do with my deposit ,but yeah I was able to make my deposit because he needs to talk with his district manager first. Crazy town! This was the Torrance and sepulveda location.

Prices too high. Love the sales, however.

The pharmacy here is not dependable or reliable and trustworthy to fill prescriptions with due process they dropped the ball on my prescription that was sitting there for 2 days with authorization yet chose not to fill it most likely because of their laziness now my insurance ran out and I have to pay cash for the prescription . Their attitude towards the situation was very lackadaisy and really just wanted to move me along didn't really care. I would highly recommend you find a different Pharmacy or definitely don't use this one.!

Well, the rodeo continues. Prescriptions only RARELY seem to be ready -- or drugs actually availble -- on time and when promised! Now when refills run out, they tell the patient to contact the physician rather than making the phone call for a verbal order as in the past! They've even started sending 'surveillance' emails to let us know when refills are about to end to remind us to make an appointment to see the doctor to get the refills! Uggggh!

two different staff member tell me two different things. One says that my injection med is here and the other tells me that it is not when I come to pick it up. I think that they sold my injection med to someone else.

I cannot believe that the drug store (Walgreens) me and my entire family depended on for decades has reduced itself to the current levels to get a 2 out of 10 from me. I have complained about the Streamwood Illinois store corner of Irving Park Rd and Barrington Rd. In addition to Angry Cocky Employees mostly due to short staffing, long wait times both by phone, at the pharmacy counter and especially drive thru, always out of stock, false text messages telling you your prescriptions are ready, delayed prescriptions, and non-english speaking agents, Trusting that you can depend on them to make sure they do the best they can to help you is something I never thought they would throw in the trash. Not the 1st time but after calling them to make sure a product is in stock then nothing with an attitude. Be careful when you complain, i think that they mark your name in your profile as a complainer based on my last encounter with them. I transfered most of my subscriptions to CVS where for now, I am the customer and the customer is always right.
