If I could give a zero I would or even a negative! I have been dealing with Walgreens over a simple inhaler for 11 days now. They won't fill it I've had my doctor's office call them three different times they still won't fill it I have two different insurances and plenty of money and they still won't fill it you can't talk to anybody over the phone and when you go there they tell you it's your doctor's office problem when I have been talking to my doctor's office for the past 11 days about this issue! All I can say is the employees at Walgreens are liars and will continue to lie. I don't have a problem with that because there are plenty of pharmacies around but to screw somebody around for 11 days when I needed my inhaler, that is pretty low down!

I went to my local Walgreens pharmacy at 1480 NE Miami Gardens Dr, North Miami Beach, FL to pick up a couple of medications that I was notified were ready for me. This was 3:00 p.m. on a Monday afternoon and the pharmacy was closed. I spoke to the manager and he basically told me that they didn't have a pharmacist and there was really nothing that he could do about it, so he suggested I go to another Walgreens. The problem is, as I explained to this dimwit manager, that my medications were ready for pickup at this location and that I needed them immediately. He had no response to that other than the stupid look on his face. I will never do business with this Walgreens pharmacy or any Walgreens pharmacy as a result of this most recent experience and past experience at this location. I would suggest that if you're reading this, you should go somewhere else as well.

Dyln at Walgreens in Gray rd Westfield is an amazing professional person, he followed up with my Doctor’s clinic about my Polio vaccine prescription and saved my time, he is awesome and put himself in my shoes, thanks again to him!

I have been told at Pharmacy by Pharmacy Techs that they’re a Pharmacist . Have told me for 9 days they didn’t have a prescription there for me only to find out it was. They have been caught in those lies and did not offer an apology. I have to leave when I requested to transfer all prescriptions out to new Pharmacy. They then tried to fill 2, such a bad company.

I can say the pharmacy was available and answered their own calls very quickly. This call did not require a transfer to a clinician. This pharmacy is limited in my region.

Walgreens on Pearl Road/Ridge in Parma, Ohio is the worst. They took my granddaughters photo cameras to get them developed and lost them. They kept telling us for weeks and weeks they were being processed and then called today 6/15/26 and said they were lost.
These are photos my granddaughter will never get back. The memories of sharing them with everyone from her trip with her school is gone. This place is pathetic! I would never deal with them again.
When you make a child cry because of your ignorance and neglect is pitiful and I hope they close down the rest of the Walgreens!

Walgreens has CONSISTENTLY been unable to provide my refills in a timely manner. It would seem to me that if I had a customer who required medication every 30 days that I would make sure I stocked that medication so my customer would not have to go without for 2 to 3 Weeks! Our medications are life saving. Having to go without is life threatening. Walgreens should get out of the pharmacy business and just become a neighborhood five and dime. I've been trying to get my meds since June 4. It is now the 15th and I'm still without.

Was told my prescription was picked up and it never was,never got through, kept getting disconnected after 20 plus minutes each time,I had to call my doctor and have a new script and now I pay out of pocket, seriously!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. What should have been a simple process turned into a frustrating ordeal due to poor communication and lack of follow-up. I spent far too much time trying to get updates, only to receive conflicting information each time I contacted support.

The biggest issue was the lack of accountability. Promises were made, but nothing was resolved, and no one seemed interested in taking ownership of the problem. Long wait times and unhelpful responses only added to the frustration.

I have been a customer for a long time, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the service. There are too many other options available to justify dealing with this level of inconvenience. I would not recommend Walgreens based on my recent experience.

I have been trying to get a prescription filled for two weeks, first the computer tells me to pick it up one week later, then I go in person to pick up, then the attendant tells me that the doctor has not responded to the fax sent which should be investigated because the doctor says that the prescription was refilled, then I go back to Walgreens after getting a hard copy of the prescription from my doctor and the attendant tells me that it will be ready after 6pm that same day, I go the next day and the attendant tells me that the prescription will not be ready for a couple of days. In addition, you have to stand inline to turn in the prescription hard copy, this is a nightmare. If I could rate you less, I would (-3) negative three or worse.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy or doctor ever. I'm not usually one to write reviews but I think people need to know this. I used their online prescription refill service. First of all, even if it seems like it'll be cheaper and easier than going to a doctor in person, I assure you it is not. The doctor was not even in the chat long enough for me to ask a single question, and the wait time for a response was often much longer than 12 hours. Even when there was a response, it was not a doctor, and they do not provide any helpful information whatsoever. They have hidden "guidelines" that they fail to disclose before they've taken your money. Even if you do eventually get a response after 12 hours, they will send you word for word the same message that was already sent 12 hours before. Absolutely horrific experience, so please spare yourself the time, money and frustration. This experience was so bad that I don't even want to shop in their stores again.

Walgreens in Homewood, I’ll pharmacy is horrible!! Extremely SLOW SLOW SLOW! Disrespectfully slow and extremely understaffed!! Definitely switching my family 🙄

The Doctor, was very agreeable. He gave me a prescription for an over the counter medication I felt that created disappointment for the reason why I sought out the doctor in the first place.

I never ordered glucose test strips and I was charged for them without me knowing that I was getting them because I thought that I was getting my pen needles and when I saw that they were test strips I had the unopened boxes and I was told that I cannot return a prescription!! It doesn’t say that on my receipt!!! Walgreens has cheated me and I am going to another pharmacy and spend my money on what I ordered and get a cheaper price and better service.

If you have options, go somewhere else!

7200 North Avenue in Elmwood Park. I was hung up on and the person who answered the store phone said, hey, yea! Pharmacy hung up several times.

I CAN NOT SAY ONE GOOD THINF ABOUT WALGREENS PHARMACY THE TECHNICIANS THAT WORK AT THE PHARMACY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE SO RUDE THEY TALK OVER YOU THEY DO NOT LET YOU SPEAK THEY HAVE HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNERS AND RUN THEIR OPERATION HOW THEY PLEASE.. I HAVE 2 FRIENDS THAT USE WALGREENS AND HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH WALGREENS AS ME ITS RIDICULOUS.. I RECENTLY WENT TO PICK UP MY MEDICINE AND WAS TOLD THAT MY INSURANCE WAS NOT GOING TO ACCEPT MY PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE IT WAS MISSING A PIN OR SOME SORT OF AUTHORIZATION SO I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET I CALLED MY INSURANCE WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE DRIVE THROUGH ON THE WAY HOME AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PHARMACY HAD IT ON FILE ALREADY ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS LOOK IN THE NOTES OR WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE SO I CALLED WALGREENS AND WAS MET BY OH WELL IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THIS AND THAT AND TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE MANAGER GOT IN TO PROCESSING A REFUND BECAUSE THE MEDICINE COST 75 DOLLARS. THEY WERE RUDE THEY ARE ALWAYS RUDE

Walgreens has changed their IVR (interactive voice response - automated telephone system). It is horrendous - can't find anything, repeats requests for the same information at different levels, and purposefully makes it almost impossible to reach a real human being, which is often necessary because of how bad the system is. Both my wife and I have run into this exact problem completely independently with the same infuriating result. I find the people that work at the stores are helpful and generally understanding (this is in the DFW area), but to have an IVR that is this problematic (including text reminders about refills that don't work or act like they are but don't) destroys their credibility and is potentially a liability. In this day and age transacting only in person is not realistic.
