I drove up to the drive thru window where there was a sign letting me know the drive thru was closed, but the pharmacy in the store was open. I parked my car can came inside. I looked around for about 30 seconds, picked up an item to buy and went to the pharmacy counter. The employee was talking to another customer (I didn't listen to the conversation, they seemed to be chatting, which has happened before when I go inside and when I'm at the drive thru) and there were 3 people sitting in the chairs. Once the customer at the counter left, I walked up, and said I had 3 to pick up and gave them my last name. The associate at the counter pointed to a screen behind the counter that I could not see. He said nothing. I said I don't know what that means. He said it says we have a problem; I can't do anything (I'm paraphrasing, I don't remember exactly what he said). I said it would be helpful if they said that on the notice at the drive thru instead of saying the pharmacy was open inside. He said nothing. Apparently, I was supposed to know the power just went out, and the people waiting in the chairs were waiting for the system that just went out to come back and pick up their prescriptions. I thought they were waiting for their prescriptions to be filled.
I found out the power just went out when one of the three customers sitting in the chairs chastised me for mentioning the sign on the drive thru should say they are having system issues.
I'm mad at myself because I should have stopped using Walgreens because the service is rotten. This store must want less customers and is trying to lose them by making them leave.

I have never been able to get this app to perform as advertised, you can't shop online and it never works in-store to provide the discount, you speak with a store manager and they say, yep it never works... then act inconvenienced to assist you with getting the advertised discount 😠 😡 👿

There is a pharmacists in your store on 52 and Majestic that is so wonderful to work with that my husband and I will not go any where else for our meds.His name is Carlo .I just wanted to let you know how lucky you are to have him. Thank you. Kathy Bevins.

Waited over 30 minutes, twice, finally got it on the third try. Horrible staff.

I booked an appointment online at store 0359 for flu and covid vaccinations and filled out the questionnaire online. When I got to the store, there was a line, and a sign with a QR code that instructed you to scan the code to check in for vaccinations. I did that, and got a message "You're checked in!". After half an hour I went up to the window and asked what was going on, and was told "Oh, you need to check in here as well." WHAT??? I asked why have the QR check in sign then, and they had no answer. My guess is that they are alerted by the system that an appointment is attended, but failed to act on it, and then lied to cover it up. How absolutely ridiculous.

I would give it a no stars but it is not an option. I have been sick and going to several places to help me with my issue. Got an email yesterday from Walgreens at McKennans Church Road Wilmington, DE. Over 24 hours after the email notice, I went to pick up my prescriptions and was told that the prescriptions were not ready. This is not the first time this has occurred. Poor service and long wait times seam to be a daily occurrence. After speaking to another Walgreens, I was told that McKennans location has been trained several times about their poor attitude, long wait times in line as well as notifying people that their prescription is not ready. and where other merchandise is located in their store.
Obviously, training their staff people at other stores as well as in store does not seam to produce any improvement. That is my last time I will be going there. The employees and the company does not care as long as the money continues to flow in.

I have been trying to reach the pharmacy at 668 Farmington Avenue in West Hartford, CT, without success.

I have been attempting to fill a prescription since Wednesday morning. I used the Walgreens app but it says issue w/ insurance/ delayed.

I have called the pharmacy repeatedly, but have been unable to speak with anyone to resolve the issue. Every time I call, the automated system tells me there are more than three callers ahead of me. I also left a voicemail yesterday morning requesting a callback, but have not received a response.

I understand that pharmacies are experiencing staffing shortages, but it is unacceptable that more than 48 hours have passed without being able to speak with someone about an issue preventing me from filling my prescription.

Patients should not have to make repeated attempts over multiple days just to get assistance with their medications. I would appreciate someone contacting me as soon as possible to explain the delay and resolve the issue.

I have been using the product for years, and it was EXCELLENT then!!
Now, the new design and product are a poorer quality. What used to be 5 maximum absorbency is now seemingly 2 or 3, and leaks like I have never experienced before.
Are we now experiencing a crisis in healthcare products?

Worst service ever I saw. Specific, location in Ohio, Eastlake, 35279 Vine St, Willowick, OH 44095 not profesional what so ever.

Ordered one item for same-day delivery tonight and received a completely different product — not a substitution, just the wrong item entirely. By the time I opened the bag the store was closed, so there was no way to get it corrected that night. The confirmation email shows exactly what I ordered and paid for, and this isn't it. Just use DoorDash.

Price for Oral B Electric Toothbrush Replacement Heads went from $21 Sept 15, 2026 to $37.99 Oct 2, 2026! I took a pic of Sept 15 price so I knew how much I’d need. Oxford, Pennsylvania, terrible Pharmacy. There’s always a problem resulting in delays. Very difficult to talk to a human. They will have the medication you need on the shelf but will not fill the prescription telling you it has to come from their central pharmacy. Why? It’s no wonder you have a 1.5 rating!

I went into Walgreens to buy some vitamins for my wife. I was walking towards the front register when I saw a man who was dressed like a woman standing very closely behind a young woman who looked maybe 19 years old. And when a 21 year old looking blonde man walked up to provide a helping hand, I saw the man dressed like a woman back away immediately after the blonde man got there. I was not happy to see this. I can only imagine how uncomfortable and invaded the young woman felt. So I will be telling my family and friends to send their prescription and other services towards CVS or Walmart.
And would encourage others today do the same. This isn't the only time I've heard about this at Walgreens. So I will no longer be supporting a company who does not look out for their employees. This is the corporate greed we need to look out for and stop, it has become evident that Walgreens cares about money and sales more than the safety of their employees.

My experience with the Walgreens pharmacy at 1815 Rochester Rd. in Royal Oak, MI has been consistently frustrating. The pharmacy has been unprofessional, rude, inefficient, and extremely difficult to deal with.
One of the worst experiences occurred when I was extremely ill with mono after an ER visit and was trying to obtain a prescribed medication. I was already very sick, shaking, sweating, and in pain, yet trying to get help resolving the prescription issue became an exhausting ordeal rather than receiving meaningful assistance.
More recently, pharmacy staff actually laughed while I was visibly upset and trying to resolve another issue. Regardless of the circumstances, I find that completely inappropriate behavior from pharmacy staff dealing with someone who is clearly distressed.
I have also spoken with store management about my concerns and gotten nowhere. These are not complaints based on one bad interaction. It has been a repeated pattern of poor service and unprofessional interactions, and I am finally done dealing with it.

The girl working the cash register at 10:20 pm on 9/30/26 at address 5345 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78723 was extremely rude to me. As a paying customer, I entered the register area and rang the bell for help because they put locks on their bathrooms. I waited back there for 10 minutes while the associate ignored me. I finally came out and up to the front desk, and she raised her voice to yell to me that the restrooms were "closed" because I guess she didn't want to have to run back there to do her job. I told her I didn't know because there was no sign and she told me that the umbrella rack she rolled in front of the bathroom area should have been enough to tell me they were closed, implying I'm dumb in front of other customers and said I should have figured it out. It's currently night time, so I thought maybe shelves were being stocked and things were moved around. She was already clearly irritated with me when I walked up and was horribly unprofessional. I would have been completely fine using the restroom somewhere else, but her attitude was embarrassing and confrontational. I will never ever come back. and will make sure that nobody I know does either.

The WORST pharmacy known to man! My poor dog needed a prescription immediately for collapsed trachea. My poor baby is suffering and it's been turned in 3 days ago! Hate this ass pharmacy! I'd never use it for anyone definitely not my dog

One person working Pharmacy line with 15 people stacked up. This at Walgreens on Randolph in St. Paul, but same (even worse) at Grand Ave store. So Sad to see customer service deteriorate so badly at this once decent chain. Avoid Walgreen’s at all cost.
