The Best service and an espectacular ring.

I have ordered a number of pieces of jewelry from Voogmechic and am thrilled. The quality is outstanding and the stones sparkle! When I had a minor problem with the clasp on an earring, their customer service was beyond helpful. They immediately replaced the pair. I’ll be buying more!

I have purchased several things from Voogme (rings, bracelets, and earrings). All items looked great and well designed. I loved the box and certificate that came with them. I ran into an issue with one of the earrings and the customer service was responsive, polite, understanding, and quick to resolve the issue and send me a replacement. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience and I have been enjoying all my jewelry!

DO NOT ORDER from this company! Customer service is TERRIBLE…they are located in China and only respond maybe every 24 hours at best. And they get nothing accomplished except wasting your time via email with ‘nothing’ responses such as trying to get you to select another item. Then when I said I didn’t not want any other items which took over a week of going back and forth with them, they tell me I have to pay $30 to return the necklace. I said no and they said they would then allow me to pay $15. Very sketchy company! And the kicker is.. I am still going back and forth with them via email to return the 2 items and get my money back (almost 2 months later). I ordered a sterling silver link necklace and a 4 prong pair of stud earrings. The studs were too large but looked okay otherwise and the necklace looks cheap. I am out $300 now but I am still arguing with them for refund. The latest is they want me to pay $15 per item for return upfront and THEN they will issue me the refund on Monday because ‘their system isn’t working right now’. I said just reduce the money you owe me by $30 when you issue me the credit. Honestly, I don’t think these people will ever issue me a credit - even after I return the items. STAY AWAY! SCAM! I never write reviews but feel the need to warn people.

I bought a pair of earrings a few years ago and I wear them every day! Love them and I get so many compliments. I recently made another purchase and there was a minor problem and their customer service team responded quickly and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Was pleased to receive my earrings. They looked exactly as expected! Couldn’t tell the difference between them and my real VSI quality diamonds.
There was only one screw back in the package. There should have been two. I contacted support, and they immediately responded and they are sending me another screw back! They gave me the tracking information, etc.
Not only is the product top notch, but the customer service is as well!
I will continue to do business with this company for sure!

I have bought several pieces in the last couple of years and I'm very pleased with Voogmechic jewelry. I can wear it along with my real diamonds and you can't tell the difference. The sparkle is beautiful and doesn't dull.
I'm also pleased with their Customer Service. They are very quick in responding to any questions or concerns. I have had lots of compliments when I wear this jewelry. The pieces are beautiful.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Voogme!! Recently I had to reach out to customer service to mention that one of the threaded posts on my recently purchased earrings wasn’t holding and locking the earring back. Voogme Customer Service offered to replace the earrings at no charge! I’ve been a repeat customer, but I was just thrilled that I had gotten such great service!!!

Voogmiechic is a scammer! I ordered their studs off of Facebook. When I received them the posts were too long and I could not wear them. I sent an email on 02/27/24. they offered an exchange. I emailed again saying none of their earrings would fit asking for a refund. I returned the item as per their instructions on 05/10/23 I sent an email with a picture of the box with return address, of course I paid the shipping. There have been emails back and forth with Voogmie always having an excuse not to send the refund. Today I sent another email with demand for refund along with screen shot of tracking information showing that the return was received on 04/01/2024 at 10:02 am and it also states left with individual. I would advise anyone not to buy from this company as they do not honor their 30 guarantee!
**after many months and so much time and effort I finally received a full refund on 05/20/2024. I did receive a canned text apology, I'm not buying it. Beware!
On 5/22/24 I did receive a full refund. I am still disappointed in how long the refund took. I am satisfied with the result.

Great customer service, I received great customer service. I placed an order for the wrong item. I received immediate service when questioned. I will always be a loyal customer. I appreciate the service and quality provided by Voogemechic.

I ordered earrings for my wife late hoping they would arrive by Mother’s Day. Support changed the shipping and made it happen

I made a mistake in ordering a ring...also I ordered wrong size...they were so nice and helpful...I then changed order for correct item they were so helpful and I got item before mothers day which means alot to me cause my girlfriends mom died and this necklace is for my girlfriend....my only complaint would be the chain looks pieced together....thanks for being so helpful and speedy....

I had a very good experience with a gift I purchased, although they were gorgeous quality, I had to make an exchange to a push post instead of screw post for earring studs.
They were quick and responsive in helping me solve my issue! Looking forward to receiving the new pair and gift them. I will definitely buy again and recommend to friends!!
