Very great customer service and company! I had a requested to get my ring to be a custom and did great job with communication so we can be a same page which I love that! When I got it in person, it was beautiful and my husband was so impressed how it made! I’m a repeat customer and keep continue to be repeat! You guys won’t be regret with this company! This company has been extremely successful in creating these pieces of jewelry. I’m very pleased and impressed with the quality of each piece that I’ve purchased. This is one of the most gorgeous sparkling rings I’ve ever owned. It puts natural diamonds to shame on shine and sparkle. It is so beautiful it looks and tests just like a real diamond at a fraction of the cost. I had an issue with sizing their customer service was beyond amazing with their knowledge helpfulness and eagerness to make my purchase correct. There are other moissanite companies out there but I would see no need to ever look any further. VOOGEMECHIC is the best!

I had ordered a pair of earrings but made a mistake so when I realized what I did I contacted customer service immediately. They asked me which ones I wanted and exchanged them!!! All I had to do was get the other pair into the mail, give them the tracking# and they shipped the new ones right out!! They're beautiful! I love moissanite. Such beauty for a great price. Voogmechic has quality products at a great price. Customer service is awesome. Thank you!!

I ordered a ring almost three weeks ago. I received confirmation of purchase but after few days I still did not still receive any shipment confirmation. I reached out to customer care multiple times to ask for a tracking status of the product: finally they answered and they offered me a full reimburse and also to send the new ring given the delay and that they did not answer in time. The customer care understood that something was wrong and tried to repair the mistake so thank you Voogme customer care

Please beware of this company! My husband bought me earrings for Christmas which I did not like. I have been trying since January to return them. I have emailed them numerous times. Their website says you can return items but that is not true! I have been given the runaround by email for over 1 month now. The only offer is to pick out new earrings which I do not want to do because I do not trust this company!!

Was worth the wait because the minute I received the item I was blown away on how the value these moissanite diamond screw back studs shined. It also came with an amazing gift box and two GRA certificates of authenticity, thanks guys I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great company.I bought the wrong size earrings for my wife. I live in Australia. Not only did they send me the earrings I wanted they told me to keep the ones they originally sent. Would definitely buy from them again. Very professional!

I am trying to Cancel an order before they even started making it and this company won't allow me to cancel. They are saying no. I read the return reviews and this company is horrible at returns but I an trying to cancel the order and they won't let me. I have a bad feeling they are going to ship this item then not return it, make me pay 30% fee and shipping. That's a scam. Please be aware of this before anyone places an order.

Per la collana avevo chiesto una catenina più lunga, non solo mi hanno inviato il ciondolo con la catenina più lunga, ma con mia piacevole sorpresa mi hanno inviato anche quella corta che aveva il ciondolo in origine!! Inoltre al mio primo ordine avevo dovuto pagare le tasse doganali ( a volte capita) e l ‘ azienda mi ha rimborsato dell intero importo speso per le tasse!!

They refused to allow me to return the earrings for a full refund. Unfortunately, the earrings irritated my ears so I wanted to return them. The agent i communicated with continuously interrogated about why the earrings bothered my ears. I don't know why but I deserve a refund and all I got was a $20 gift certificate for $200 worth of earrings (I bought 2 pair). I will not be using the gift certificate, nor will I purchase anything from this company again.

This company has great customer service. My package was mishandled by our post office and was delivered to someone else. The company was very responsive while I tried to recover my package. When that failed they sent me a replacement.

Absolutely the worst. I have been going back and forth for over a month trying to return a pair of broken earrings and some studs I don’t like. They will not stop with trying to get me to order something else even though I have asked repeatedly to return the items. This company is an absolute scam. Do not buy from them.

Order 490027267. Been trying to get a refund since Dec 7th. Company sent me defective merchandise. Poor quality. Cheap. Have emails from company completely ignoring my request to return and get a refund. Then said if I "insist" on returning defective merchandise I will have to pay for the shipping. Their return policy says(which I sent to them), customer is responsible for shipping fees for anything "other" than quality issue. Do not buy from this company. It's a scam. Cheap crap from China. Now I had to get Klarna involved. Klarna needs to cut them out.
RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE:
I can post all emails with my multiple requests to return merchandise and receive a refund. I NEVER SUDDENLY CHANGED MY MIND. This company kept ignoring my request and said they already sent another earing and can not intercept the shipment. BTW, never received any earing.

The warehouse is in the US, so we believe the shipping cost will not be very expensive.

This is PROOF This company expects me to pay for shipping of defective merchandise. They NEVER OFFERED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. I can post to show customers the poor, defective, quality of these earings.

The jewelry is amazing and my solitaire ring fits perfect.

My daughter and I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from VOOGME and are extremely satisfied with how lovely and wearable they are. We wear the rings daily and after several months there is no noticeable wear on the pieces. I recently purchased their sapphire tennis bracelet. When it arrived 1 stone was slightly cloudy. I sent pictures as proof and they not only replaced the bracelet but told me I didn't have to send the other bracelet back to them. I also requested the larger size, which they were also able to do for me. I've never had such a great experience with any company.
