My mother's day gift didn't arrive properly, but they took the time to respond and even re-send the order free of charge.

My daughter ordered a Mothers Day gift on May 5, it never arrived. I contacted Voogmechic and they were kind enough to send a replacement. I took a while but today June 16 it arrived. That is great customer service. Thank you. I will order again.

I have bought so many things from VOOGMECHIC! I have bought presents for others, and myself. I love their stuff! The customer service is great! And I just love wearing my Space Diamonds! (Research Moissanites, they came down in a meteorite). I can't recommend VOOGMECHIC enough! Never had a problem with them! Love their stuff.

I love Voogmechic jewellery. I have purchased quite a bit jewellery which I wear everyday, the moissanite diamonds are the best, actually better than diamonds.
The best thing is they are trustworthy and help you with your design or purchase, even if you’re in a different country (Australia).

The necklace is beautiful!
I was apprehensive since it took a long time to get delivered but customer service replied to my emails, though their response seemed vague and uncertain.
But all’s well that ends well I suppose. Received quite a few compliments for the necklace. I recommend Voogme but order ahead of time!

I bought earrings a while ago. I absolutely loved them so bought a second pair. A few weeks ago I bought the 3 stone ring and it is exquisite so I bought another one. They came quickly in the mail and are better than expected. ❤️

Best service ever, great communication, and high quality products

Do not waste your money. I ordered a 2ct ring, paid that price, and what I got was at most 0.5ct. A total rip off.

This company is a total scam!
The backs to the earrings do NOT fit! I lost one the first time I wore them. I emailed the company and they told me that I didn’t put them on correctly!!! As if! I’ve e been wearing earrings for over 50 years. They have no intention of replacing them. What a joke. They are also pretty flimsy and would NOT recommend buying from this company. There are lots of others that make better jewelry, better prices and much better customer service.

I ordered a ring which arrived on time and which was beautiful. Unfortunately a small stone in the band fell out some weeks later. I contacted Voogmechic and within hours they replied offering to replace the ring for me.
It is unusual for a company to be so reactive and positive. Many thanks Voogmechic!

I have been very happy with everything that I have bought from this company….i have purchased several pairs of earrings, and necklaces, also a tennis bracelet, they are all gorgeous, and appear to be well made. The shipping seems like it takes forever, but I’m always excited to receive my order, so I get impatient.
