Bought something on presale and didn’t realise it was presale and emailed looking for an update! Got my update with a lovely email from Katie so all good now!

email company about a xmas bundle and with in a few hours I had a return email with a link for my purchase
as am not technically at all
completed my order thank u ill definitely buy with u again made it so easy

The response from the team was brilliant — quick, friendly, and professional. My query was handled efficiently and answered in full. I’m fairly new to Voduz, but I’m already so impressed with the quality of their products; my hair has never been in such great condition! The team also does a fantastic job answering questions on TikTok — they’re always clear, helpful, and engaging.

When I place my order I didn’t receive a confirmation email so after 5 days (weekend included) I check the website and contact Voduz via their link. A lovely, helpful and efficient lady called Susie responded straight away and within a few hours I have sent a confirmation email to say my package should be arriving within the next day or 2. Exceptional, friendly service. I look forward to my next purchase.

Absolutely love all of their products. I have every single electrical item they have produced. Had 1 small issue and it was resolved promptly and in a very kind and courteous manner. Would definitely recommend Voduz😁😁

Was on holidays recently and I have very thick flyaway course hair without any products - brought travel size Prep and Defender with me - no more washing and drying of hair -Used these two products and my hair never looked so good and came home in very good condition also. I have recommend these products to family and friends - wld never use any other products going forward!!!

They were accommodating and efficient in the return of my hairdryer that was recalled and sending out a new one

I placed an order at the end of August for 3 hairdryers and after nearly two weeks I emailed to see if my order was on the way only to be told that the two limited ones I ordered were sold out . The company asked if I’d like to change them for another hairdryer and that they would put in a hairbrush for the inconvenience. Fast forward another week (3 weeks) and still no sign of my delivery. I got back in touch to say I haven’t had a dispatch email yet only to be told that they have been so busy and all they could do is apologise. Another week passes by and I get an email to say my order is out for delivery.. great. I receive the delivery and there is only 1 hairdryer in the box and not the 3 I ordered . I get back in touch and ask for a refund as at this stage it is now 4 weeks and my order hasn’t been fulfilled. I don’t hear back until about 3 days later informing me the hairdryers are out for delivery and cannot be refunded . I accept this and wait for the hairdryers . I get the delivery and once again there is only 1 hairdryer in the box when there should have been 2. In total, it is coming up to 6 weeks since I placed my original order and still it has not been fulfilled. I have never come across a company like Vouduz and will certainly never order from them again. If I could have given them a zero I would.

I had an issue with a delivery only two out of my three parcels arrived. I emailed the voduz customer service team. Katie from that team replied. She handled my query professionally promptly and efficiently. Her customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. She rectified the query within 48 hours. Thank you for everything you did Katie.

I love voduz products my hair has never felt so soft and clean. I have quite alot from them and love every piece I got! I have only had one problem and it was sorted out very quickly and replacement sent out pretty quickly to. I also ordered a big bundle for Xmas and cant wait to see my daughters face on Xmas day. I just love love love everything about voduz ❤️❤️

Highly recommend,after covid my hair was so bad and this shampoo, conditioner,velvet crown spray,oils etc have done wonders for my hair. Wouldn't use anything else now been using voduz now for about 2yrs,wee bit more expensive than your usual shampoo but you only need wee bit & it lasts for ages ,great customer service to

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I bought hair products they were defective return was approved the refunded 1 kept the other charged me for it wont send the product back to me or refund the money PURE SCAMMERS

I love Voduz products and I buy regularly. The customer service is always great. I ordered the ultimate bundle and one of the sets was missing. I contacted them via email and Katie on customer service had a replacement organised within 24hrs of contact, I highly recommend Voduz.
