I must now own all of voduz products and alot of their tools as well, when I emailed queries regarding the use of the re energising trio they gave me step by step instructions,,,,,my hair is short fine and thinning and after completing the 8 week re energising programme I can see baby hairs appearing and my hair has never been better since using their products, I will only ever buy from voduz

I had a discount code but couldn't use it when I placed my order. I emailed customer services. Deborah replied within 30 minutes to confirm she had arranged for reimbursement of the discount I hadn't been able to claim. Thank you, Deborah - first class customer service!

This was my first experience ordering from Voduz, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I was dealing with an agent named 'Katie'.

My parcel was marked as "delivered to your safe place," but it had been left inside my wheelie bin without my knowledge. I have never given An Post, verbally or in writing, permission to use my bin as a safe place for deliveries.

No delivery card or notification was left to tell me where the parcel had been placed. Had I known it was in the bin, I would have retrieved it immediately. Instead, it was collected with the household waste and lost.

What has been even more disappointing than the delivery itself has been Voduz's handling of the issue. Rather than taking ownership or showing empathy, I felt like the responsibility was being shifted onto me for a decision made entirely by the delivery driver. Despite providing photographs and explaining the situation in full, I was left feeling as though I had to prove I wasn't at fault.

I understand that delivery issues can happen, but customer service is what defines a company when things go wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of poor communication, little understanding, and a complete lack of customer care.

I would think twice before ordering again based on how this issue has been handled.

i bought the voduz legacy straightners approx 3months ago. This product did not impress from the first try but i decided to give them a good go before making up my mind. Now some time from original purchase i give up! despite the heat adjustments these straightners never left my hair feeling straight and smooth. this product is not good and i do not recommend! unfortunately i have had to fork out more money for a new pair with another brand...a lesson learned to stick to reputable brands!

Just want to say the products are amazing ,,, luv the R”Oil the defender the care for it re energising ,,,, these are my favourites,,,, I’ve most of ur products so keep up the brillant and amazing work ,,, the smells are just divine ❤️❤️

Voduz products are amazing I use crown control all the time and the 3d flat brush Katie is customer service was great help to me regarding my brush snapping with in a few hours I had a reply and a replacement brush was sent out

Placed an order which arrived promptly- however had an item missing. Contacted voduz and error was corrected and item sent promptly. It’s not always about getting things right but how you are treated when things go wrong- great service

Excellent when my products arrived one was smashed,i emailed customer services and received a reply with an appology and a new one is bein̈g sent to me.very helpfull and a quick response would recomend there products

I bought the Crown Control Balm first and loved it from the first time I used it so much so that I ordered the Velvet Crown immediately. Great reductions on Tiktok! Loving the Velvet Crown. I was able to blow dry with no need for my straightener, that's a win! Got in touch with Customer Service with a question and Katie got back with a very helpful answer quickly. All in all, love Voduz now!

I first discovered VODUZ while traveling in Northern Ireland. At the time, I purchased the Illuminating Shampoo and Conditioner simply because I needed hair products for the duration of my trip. I have blondish hair, and I was not expecting to find a new favorite brand. However, after using the products, I absolutely fell in love with them.
I brought the remaining products home with me to the United States and, once I ran out, immediately started searching for where I could buy more. That's when I realized VODUZ products are not sold in the U.S., and the only way to purchase them is directly through VODUZ with international shipping. I took a chance and placed an order, and despite the overseas shipment, the package arrived promptly.
That was over three years ago, and I have been a loyal VODUZ customer ever since.
Even with international shipping costs, customs duties, and the inconvenience of ordering from overseas, I continue to purchase VODUZ products because the quality is simply worth it. Over the years, I have tried several different product lines and have also purchased them as gifts for family and friends. Everyone who has received them has loved them and often asks where they can buy them.
Each product line has impressed me. My 25-year-old daughter especially loves the Nourishing range. Personally, my favorite lines are Repair and Illuminating as well as the Pure Silk Hair and Body Oil. The fragrance is absolutely beautiful, and the results are amazing. It leaves my hair feeling healthy, smooth, and luxurious.
Another standout product is the In-Vented 3D Duo Bristle Brush. It is, without question, the best hairbrush I have ever owned. In fact, it is the only brush that allows me to brush my 10-year-old daughter's hair without tears. Any parent knows what a remarkable achievement that is!
Before discovering VODUZ, my favorite haircare brand was Moroccanoil. Since trying VODUZ, I have completely switched. The quality, feel, fragrance, and results consistently exceed my expectations.
I only wish I could try more of the VODUZ product range. Unfortunately, U.S. shipping restrictions prevent aerosol products from being shipped internationally, and the differences in voltage and electrical outlets make it difficult to purchase the styling tools. Otherwise, I would gladly try even more of the collection.
I would also like to mention the outstanding customer service. In over three years of ordering from VODUZ internationally, I have only experienced one issue when a shipment arrived damaged during transit. I contacted customer service, and their response was prompt, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. They immediately arranged a replacement shipment, which arrived very quickly. The way the situation was handled only strengthened my confidence in the company and reinforced why I continue to be a loyal VODUZ customer.
The products are exceptional, and I continue to recommend them to friends and family whenever I have the opportunity.

I had received the wrong item in the post and I emailed them . I was responded too very promptly and the correct package was sent within a day . I was really happy with the customer service .

I have shopped with Voduz for years and have always sworn by them. However, I purchased the Legacy infrared straightener as I have had their infrared hairdryer for a few years. The first time I used it I was straightening my fringe when I suffered fairly bad burns from it. I contacted Voduz and they said I was using it wrong!! They said that the plates on this are curved and protrude over the side of the straightener so don’t use it too near your skin!!!!! I’m not sure how you would straighten your fringe. The other thing is that the outside of the straightener is ridiculously hot, I have a steam pod and a cheap ceramic plated straightener and it does not happen with either of them or my daughter’s ghd.
Be careful if you order this, DO NOT let your kids near it as they will get burned.
The customer service agents seemed to be helpful but kept passing me over to a team who look into problems. They victim blamed too and I had sent photos of the burns on my forehead, which I had to go to the doctor about. BEWARE VODUZ DO NOT HELP WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR DODGY HAIR STRAIGHTENER
