I found Voduz very helpful An Post lost my order and Voduz sorted it out and are resending out my order free of charge

I had a query that I needed help with and Katie in Customer Service responded quickly and was very helpful. Great company to deal with.

Great customer service that responds in quick time and sorts/fixes issues with no hassle. I love this brand. I’ve tried a lot of their products and I’m never disappointed. Highly recommend Voduz.

Love voduz products and usually buy in shop but chanced to order on line and as soon as payment was through I realised I ordered wrong product. Emailed and got response almost immediately and my order sorted. Couldn't fault that

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I returned 2 unopened products that I paid returns for myself with tracking. The product is in the warehouse over a week and still nothing. Absolute scammers. Do not buy from these

It doesn’t dry my hair ! Got so fed up of it taking over an hour to dry my hair as if I had nothing better to do than be glued to a hair dryer for that long . Now yes my hair is thick and long but I’ve never had a hair dryer that took that long to dry my hair , I’m so happy to have bought another one now . I won’t be using this brand again ,it’s prob ok if you have a short style but don’t get if you have long hair, or thick hair. It wasted so much of my time.

I got a few products from Voduz Hair. I love them. I have blonde fine dry hair and these have really made a difference. Would highly recommend.

I did have an issue with one of them, it got damaged in transit. Contacted customer service and a new product delivered within a week of me telling them. Fantastic service.

Purchased a product which unfortunately I had to return. I contacted their customer service who made the returns transaction very straight forward.

My whole family use all of the Voduz products including the blow out hair dryer. The products are amazing. I had a slight problem with a recent order and Katie had it sorted almost immediately. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a hairdryer which unfortunately didn’t arrive. However, when I contacted customer service, Katie went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She responded quickly, was very helpful, and arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately. Really impressed with the level of service—thank you Katie!

Love this brand, I've the full collection, hairdryers,hair straighteners and I use there shampoo conditioner and hair treatments. Recently had a small issue and it was sorted by Katie in less than 24rs. Cannot recommend them enough. You won't be sorry if you invest

Ordered a hair treatment , velvet crown and pure silk hair oil, on arrival I could see that something had leaked in the box so I took a pic and sent it to customer care, Katie was so helpful and had a replacement sent straight out, I must say the damaged product was no fault of voduz I think it has been squished in transit .

I used the hair treatment and the velvet crown last night and wow my hair looks and feels amazing, even my husband commented on how nice it looked and smelt

My query was dealt with by Katie in a prompt, professional and speedy manner.

I have been a customer for a while and I am very happy with the products and also the customer service which is very important.

I had an issue with my blow out dryer which caused the heat not to work - reported it and within 2 hours it was all sorted. Katie was super helpful and asked me to try a cleaning function and if that did not work she would still work with me to find a resolution. It worked - Im thrilled. Just as a thought it might be a good idea to share this as a reel incase anyone else has the same issue. So well handled - thank you Katie

I absolutely love all the products from Voduz. I have purchased two hair dryers and they are amazing.
The Velvet Crown spray is amazing and keeps all the fly aways in place.
I also buy the Trend Setter Spray and the Prep Talk dry shampoo and wouldnt use anything else now.

Their Blow Out hair dryer is the best i have ever used and i have used alot of hairdryers.
Its slim light and dry's hair super fast. I even purchased another one for my daughter.

Katie is so helpful if you have any queries at all be it returns or help with products shes the best.

I had a small issue with an order, emailed customer service and Katie answered me. Not only did she answer my query but followed up a couple of days later to ensure all was well. Big shout out to Katie and Voduz - they’re lucky to have you!

Using their hair care range. My hair is thinning and has breakage. Since I started using Vodux my hair does feel and look better. I’m excited to see if it keeps improving over time. Smells incredible too. I just purchased the heartless curlers but have yet to use them and some of the brushes. I definitely recommend the haircare range and will update when I try the rest :)

I had a problem with my hairdryer so I contacted customer care and explained what was happening. I have to say Katie went above and beyond to help me and she sorted it out so quickly.They have the best customer care , in my experience theyve been patient and caring, and help any way they can . I would recommend theyre dryer and straighteners .I love the illuminating shampoo and conditioner !

We ordered the straighteners and are very impressed with them. Definitely better than ghds! And we have used ghds for over 20 years. The shampoo and conditioner have made a big difference to my daughters hair condition. We have ordered the scalp scrub and can't wait to try it.
