Post Sale Service
Placed an order for an in stock door. Called several days later to enquire about delivery, was told delivery was scheduled for Friday and I would receive a time slot on Thursday. No time slot received. Door turned up as we were preparing to go out as no communication re delivery, we assumed it was another day.
On unpacking the door, noted some damage.
Emailed a photo on same day as delivery. No response.
Called all Friday PM and following Monday AM, no response to the phone despite being no 1 in the queue for 40 plus minutes each time.
Sent another email Monday which the response was to send a photo, which had already been done, sent photo straight back as email stated, they wanted to sort this out that day.
No response since, it's now Wednesday and another email has been sent today and as yet, NO RESPONSE !!!!!!!
I require 2 more matching doors, but judging from this company's after sales service, will not be buying from them.
It appears if you have a problem post sale, it's impossible to get it sorted as you are just ignored.

Hi Elaine, The door you ordered comes directly from the suppliers LPD, they should be contacting you to confirm delivery dates as this is our agreement with them, We do apologise if this hasn't happened.
We have recently been experiencing a high volume of calls and emails which has resulted in response times being longer than we would like. The damage was reported to LPD on the Monday, and we were awaiting a response from them to confirm a replacement had been arranged. I understand that we have now contacted you to confirm that replacements have been arranged and if you haven't already been contacted to arrange delivery, they should be in contact shortly.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you, and for the delays coming back to you.
Excellent doors
Really pleased with our doors, we ordered 5. 2 glazed and 3 plain, they were of good quality and very heavy. The reason I've given 4 stars is because we had to wait 2 months for delivery. I think they were worth waiting for.

Hi Derek, We sincerely apologise for the delays you have experienced with your order. Unfortunately it appears that there was an issue within the couriers warehouse, where they couldn't locate the goods when it was time for delivery, they only notified us of this issue in January and requested more items be despatched. I can see that we despatched the items as soon as these were requested and asked that delivery be booked in for as quickly as possible. We have raised this issue with the couriers as these delays are not acceptable and this is not the level of service we wish to provide our customers with. We apologise again for the inconvenience this has caused.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Said on the website doors were in stock and would be delivered within 3 to 5 days.
I waited 5 weeks for doors and then they delivered 2 out of 10 without letting me know beforehand they were only delivering 2. I had to cancel the order and find the doors elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

Hi Chris, We're very sorry to hear of the issues you've experienced. The doors that you have ordered come from two separate suppliers, therefore they are delivered separately. I can see that we did send you an email on the 16th January letting you know that unfortunately there was an additional delay on this order. Unfortunately as the doors come from an external supplier we have no control over the restocking dates, however understand that this is frustrating for you. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Huge delays and no resolution. Poor communication
3 doors ordered on 6th January 2026.
Recieved an email stating one of the doors is out of stock until the 13th January. Replied immediately requesting alternatives. No response
Called today (19th January) to find out what is going on. Told that a different door is out of stock until 28th January.
Could not resolve over the phone as they insisted on an email. Told I would recieve a response by the end of the day. They are now closed and yet again no response.
Their policy is to fulfil your order within 3-7 working days which clearly hasn't happened. Commincation is woefullly poor.

Terrible communication, but good product
Re reviewed, after 1 star, communication was none existent during order, i have to door and zero contact.
Delivered a week over lead time so nothing world ending, Door arrived in good condition, well packaged.
could easily be 4/5 star if they communicated.

The door sets come from an external supplier so we don't receive updates unless the customer calls to request an update, and we were not notified of any delays, had we been aware of any issues we would have reached out to keep you updated. We do however appreciate your feedback and will look to improve on our communication with customers who order products that are on a lead time.

The door quality is good, but the customer service is difficult to reach. I tried to call 3 times, I faced long hold times, the longest being 70 minutes—even when the system told me I was the first person in the queue.

i had been trying to find the door i needed in the size i needed for several months, i eventually ended up getting it on a back order from Vivid doors, it came on the day expected and was in perfect condition.

Cancelled delivery due to poor communication.
Delivery failed due to not getting a confirmation of the delivery time and driver couldn't/wouldn't wait for ten minutes for me to get there!
Your promised an update on the afternoon prior to the delivery date but if as in my case it's a Monday they don't work Sunday.
Delivery actually made on Monday 5th January and apart from the non existant Sunday message all went well with excellent communication on the day.... just like it should have been the previous time.
Every driver tells a different story!
Doors look great now they have arrived and a good price.

We will always try to provide an ETA where possible, however we do give all day slots initially.
It does show on our couriers system that the couriers tried to call you on the 18th to confirm delivery for Monday, and then a text was sent with a time slot of 6:30-8:30am on the 19th December, this was sent to the number that you provided on the order.

Beautiful folding doors
We ordered a triple folding door in finished oak. It was exactly what we wanted and looks amazing. I would say that you need a professional joiner to do the installation though. I wouldn't fancy doing it on my own.

I ordered a door from this company but…
I ordered a door from this company but when I unpacked it, it was damaged. Called both their sales and customer service lines. Sat listening for half an hour being told I was ‘number one in the queue’. Emailed their customer service email address with photos. It’s been 5 days, no acknowledgement of my email or reply. Next step will be section 75 claim through the bank to get my money back.

Hi Helen, We state on all order confirmations in bright red writing and within our terms and conditions that all damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery taking place, after this time frame they may be rejected as we have no stance with the suppliers or couriers after this time frame.
Your door was delivered on the 28th November and damages not reported until the 15th December, unfortunately this is significantly more than the 48 hour time frame we give so we are unable to take this claim any further.
We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.
