Original artwork didn't go through, but I didn't find out until the day it was due for delivery. Mostly my fault for not checking emails. Once that was sorted, confirmation of proofs and delivery were swift. Print quality was good, but there was a small dent in the top corner of one sign. Nothing major and more of a delivery issue than a manufacturing issue. Overall, happy with the service and products.

Scammers!! Stay away from this company

I ordered a banner and customised T-shirts which never arrived even paid extra £9 for next day delivery. They kept asking more money. It’s been over a month now nothing has arrived. Their customer service is crap no help at all

I ordered two banners from vinyl banners and paid extra for 24H express printing/ shipping so they could be displayed over the weekend for an event. I ordered them late on Tuesday night and signed off the artwork very early Wednesday morning (4am) so was expecting them to arrive by Thursday at the latest. When they finally arrived late on Friday evening the clients had left site and the banners couldn’t be displayed in time. When they called to check on the quality of the item I notified them of this and requested a refund for the express delivery fee. They took no responsibility and blamed it on their courier. Not particularly bothered about the refund but very shortsighted given their offering is neither better quality or cheaper than their competitors. Will go elsewhere next time. Customer service seriously lacking!!

Dealt with John Taylor, who was easy to deal with, only took a few minutes to agree what I needed. Swift and reliable service and very friendly and helpful. Product (I bought a banner for a school advertisement) was a fair price and good quality. I have used regularly.
