Do not buy from this company

Clearly, I made the mistake of assuming that a company selling branded event products would actually be capable of producing them to a professional standard.
We ordered a company-branded gazebo, and to be fair, the frame was the only part that appeared to have been made by people who knew what they were doing. The canopy, however, was another story entirely. The stitching was unfinished, there were white marks all over our black logo, and several eyelets were either missing or fitted so poorly that they are unlikely to survive much use.
The Velcro fixings that should attach the canopy to the frame were missing altogether, which was a nice surprise. The overall workmanship was so poor that it's difficult to believe any quality control checks were carried out before it was sent out. The product is simply not fit for purpose.
We paid over £500 for this gazebo, which apparently buys you the privilege of finishing the manufacturing inspection yourself. In its current condition, I doubt it will survive a single event.
I initially thought I was dealing with a professional company. Unfortunately, that assumption didn't last nearly as long as I expect this gazebo will.
To make matters worse, the company's complaints procedure appears to go against Trading Standards guidance, and I have raised a complaint with Trading Standards directly. Rather than addressing the quality issues, VinylBanners first offered a 15% discount on a future order and then decreased it after I refused. Because, naturally, after receiving one unusable product, the obvious solution is to buy another!
The fundamental issue is not the discount offered—it's the fact that customers should receive a product that meets a reasonable standard in the first place. This gazebo falls well below that standard.
My advice to anyone considering using this company is simple: read the Trustpilot reviews first. It would have saved me over £500 and a great deal of frustration. I certainly won't be making the same mistake twice.

Poor quality

Disappointing quality - the banner was very flimsy. It arrived in a long cardboard box but they could have just folded it up and put it in an envelope, it was so thin!
