We have used vinylbannerprinting several times now, and the quality of the banners is always top-notch. The support we received from Jim Rust was also great!

VBP have always delivered the product promptly and been very efficient with the design process. Would have no problem whatsoever using them again and Jeff Harrison has been great to deal with.

Do not buy from this company I wish I could give zero stars!

I ordered a price list board and unfortunately the quality is extremely disappointing. It arrived with the corners peeling, the edges poorly finished and the board had been cut wonky. I sent photographs just five minutes after delivery, so there is no doubt about when the issues were reported.

I was then told that the condition was apparently acceptable and that the damage must have been caused by the delivery company. Honestly, I do not believe that. The poor cutting and finishing clearly appear to be how the board was made.

I was told it was “fit for use” but I certainly would not be hanging this in my shop. It looks cheap, poorly finished and completely ruins the professional look I want for my business. The only place I would be happy putting this board is in the bin.

When I asked for a full refund, instead I was offered 20% off a future order. Why would I want to place another order with a company when I have already received something I consider to be unacceptable quality?

Very disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Previously I had provided my own banner template and Vinyl print had expressed a concern about some of the photo's resolution.This time I used their design service and after a few emails with Kevin it was perfect! Banners arrived really quickly. Great quality - were put up at the entrance to our club to advertise a plant fair weeks in advance and withstood all the weather with ease. Designers were in touch to sort out the artwork straightaway. No hesitation in recommending - to another local group who also placed an order. Would happily use again. Thanks to Ben Richardson!

Nuisance phone calls spamming me years down the line even after i asked for my number to be taken off the system.
I got one banner printed, quality wasn't great but looked ok from a distance.
Got some stickers printed and they came out pixelated as hell. They barely peel away from the backing and you can see the 'cut' line around the edges. Abysmal. To my annoyance they keep calling me up trying to push promotional materials and asking why not. Save your self a headache and use someone else!

Great communication and very responsive. David Miller gave good customer service.

The team were excellent supporting me through my order process especially as at the time I placed the order there were some issues on the website. They produced a banner that looks great and is of really good quality for a good price.

I have worked with Vinylbannersprinting for several years and have been very happy with their work. The banners are colourful and good quality and their staff have always been very helpful. I can recommend them without reservation.

This is the worst service ever. I paid for banner within 48hrs delivery for an event. They delivered it after 4days. Still they are telling, they are bot responsible for the delivery.

We requested a banner to be made up at short notice
It was not a problem for them to react
They kept us informed at all times during the process and supplied a preview of the end result
This was a large Banner and as such the Logo of the client was at risk of becoming distorted, the team advised us along the way as to the possible outcome
but in the end the result was very well received by our client
We will definitely use these guys again
