A short wait to see vet, but efficient & pleasant

Prompt service even tough we were a walk in. Took care to do a thorough examination. Everything explained clearly thanks.

Excellent customer service and professional care

Unreal experience, even though it was a terrible time because our pet was very poorly, the staff made our experience very calming and relaxing, they explained everything to us in great detail, as soon as we walked in they saw that our cat was struggling and immediately took him to an oxygen tank. We cannot thank you enough for being there so quickly for us and giving our pet the best possible care.

I had a sick cat and rang for advice, I was swiftly helped and within an hour I had seen a vet, my cat recieved expert care and I was reassured. Excellent service by caring people. Expensive though as you would expect from an out of hours emergency.

Extremely helpful, kind and reassuring staff. Would obviously like to avoid out of hours £'s, but when my cat needed urgent assistance it was there - straight away. Can't complain with that.

My dog was seen quickly and the staff were very kind and informative.

I was told to get to the hospital for after 7pm when the price jumped from £132 to £325 which is disgusting as it was an emergency and I could of been there before 7pm once there i had to wait over half n hour and kept having to ask for a vet. My puppy was prescribed 10ml of medicine ever 2 hrs which was to much for her and she kept being sick took her to my vets in the morning who reduced the medicine to 5 mls every 4 hrs and puppy was able to keep the medicine down not a good emergency experience at all!!!

Glad Ruby was ok after bee sting, had about an hours wait but it was late evening, vet gave her a check over and gave her antistamin.

My 12 year old dog was stung by a bee and was in considerable pain. He was seen quickly and efficiently and was soon back to his old self

Very professional and kind staff. Our pet was seen very quickly. Explanations were given so we could understand them. Medicine we had to give was explained very well

Vets now were brilliant, both in the care of our very ill dog and in the support they gave us owners.

My Mainecoon spent two nights being looked after in Glasgow.
The staff could not have been nicer, very clear with their plans and morning updates.
A very busy centre and still took the time to make sure you were updated in the evenings.

Our cat was seen promptly although it was some hours before his wounds were treated, due to other emergencies. Our final bill was substantially above the estimate provided and was a very significant sone that I did not feel was fair.

We recently had the need to make use of the services of the out of hours Vets Now in Reading. Our dog stayed with them for 3 nights in total. It was a very difficult time for us and they kept us updated with developments and indeed also rang to simply say she's OK. I didn't fully understand the final bill or what some of the items on it were for. A lovely vet, Dr Anita Notenboom, took time out to talk to me and went through the invoice with me. She was very professional and very patient with me and satisfied any concerns I had. She showed great compassion to our dog, who is now back to full fitness, and a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to Vets Now.

Just awful money making machine. £325 for an out of hours visit. Use Mead vets in Dartford instead. Mead vets fee for out of hours is £99.
