First time we tried to book, something went wrong, we got as far as giving our credit card details then it went back, checked all was filled in ( very lengthy) but still couldn't complete.

We had to do it all again, which worked. Fortunately only charged once.

havung bought skip the line tickets for Saint Marks Basilica and the Doges Palace I will never go back to waiting on line. The queues were INSANE for ppl without tickets. However, I misread my confirmation for the Doge Palace-it said print voucher but also that they really recommend you pick up tickets at the desk-YOU STILL HAVE TO HAVE A PRINTED VOUCHER TO GET TICKETS AT THE DESK. I went 4 different places to get these vouchers printed and THEN get tickets. No one would just print them or go ahead and simply look up my ticket with my photo on my phone of my voucher. Once I got the actual physical voucher all the freaking did was look up my confirmation....they didn't even keep it. I was really disappointed that no one helped me and I had to spend an hour running all over. Not good customer support:(

Abbiamo pagato per due biglietti ma ricevuto uno solo. La ACTV dice che non c'entrano. Al telefono dicono che non c'entrano. Abbiamo dovuto comprare un altes biglietto per euro 40.
Società da non fidarsi.

Booked a couple of "skip the line" tickets (on the morning of our visit) for St Mark's Basilica, only cost €2 each and the line we skipped was massive. Easy process and we presented the tickets at the entrance on a smart phone. Why everyone isn't doing it is a mystery.

Improvviso acquazzone e io con un click prenoto la visita a San Marco saltando (con qualche euro in più) la fila. Funziona bene e richiede ancora più pubblicità. Veloce anche il pagamento.

The Flat was very nice in a quiet area of venice near a vaporetto stop. it helps our trip in Venice to be unforgettable.

Ho prenotato davanti alla chiesa do S. Marco a Venezia la prenotazione per accedere velocemente nella chiesa evitando file estenuanti. Mi ha aiutato un adetto dell'info point che staziona all'esterno e col costo di 2.00 euro a persona sono potuta entrare con un appuntamento da li ha pochi minuti.

Quick and Easy to book Basilica San Marco entry time.

I made an error with the date when making the booking and noticed immediately afterwards. I emailed and asked if they could change the date by a day and was told this was not possible as the tickets were non-refundable and non-transferable.
My mistake, but I thought the customer service could be better.
