Fantastic arrangements made for us. Just a few Hiccups that were easily rectified

Our trip in February 2020 to Costa Rica could not have been more perfect! Costa Rican Vacations coordinated a well-planned itinerary, complete with personalized transportation and guides for our excursions. The hotels were beautiful with friendly and extremely helpful staffs, especially the Amor Arenal (it had just opened in September 2019). When we visit Costa Rica again, we would not plan it without Costa Rican Vacations (with a special shout-out to our contact there, Felix Knott).

Rachel Peck was awesome. She gave us exactly what we were asking for which was a very well rounded and adventurous vacation. She responded quickly, researched our options, and was able to provide us an amazing vacation package within hours. We are back now- and wow- we had an adventure! Our vacation could not have been any more perfect. Felix was very patient as we customized the places and excursions and prices we wanted. Every detail was covered. Drivers were all delightful, friendly, safe, and helped us understand more about Costa Rica. Lodgings and food exceeded our expectations, and were reasonably priced. Costa Rica is a beautiful country--wish we could have seen more. We loved Casa Luna for its beauty and its food and its view of Arenal. We loved the waterfall hike and the local ("typical") food. Zip-lining at 600 feet up was awesome. We saw monkeys, crocodiles, geckos, toucans, and iguanas. Three perfect sunsets. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We had an amazing vacation in Costa Rica! Our travel agent Felecia was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and request! We stayed at Arenal Springs and the Westin and they were both great! All of our excursions and transports were perfect! Friendly drivers and guides who were all bilingual and informative!

Everyone with whom we interacted on the trip was excellent. All the tour coordinators, drivers, and tour guides were cordial, informative, and punctual.

Well organized by Costa Rica vacation, on time just once they where late by 1/2 hour to pick us up. Hotel was very nice, good service and Excellent customer service .

We really enjoyed one of our drivers, Andrey Chinos Corrales. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful on our 4 hour drive from Arenal to Flamingo.

I don’t usually use travel agents and now I’m wondering why. Melanie completely understood what I was looking for and booked the perfect vacation. She picked the perfect activities with great groups and we had a wonderful time. I’d recommend this company to everyone.

Everything went according to our pre-arranged plan: shuttle services were on time and friendly, hotel/resort check in went smoothly, all the excursions were great. I only wish our travel agent would have spent more time discussing what type of lodging and excursions fit our family’s style and personality more during the planning process as we probably would have picked some different excursions, ie going to the Arenal National Park vs going to private for profit parks, and a different hotel in Tamarindo. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip.

Lisa at CRV again planned and delivered a vacation exactly as we had been looking for. Hotel selections were great as she steered us to a new resort we would have never selected which was fantastic. All or excursions came off without a hitch and her planning got us to all the places we wanted to go. This was our second time working with Lisa and hope to visit Costa Rica again with her help.

Everything went very smoothly from the airport through the final destination. The hotels you chose for us are all places that I would recommend. The itinerary was clear and easy to understand.

They took care of everything for us, from hotels to tours to referring us to another resource for plane tickets. We had to worry about absolutely nothing. Highly recommend these experts on Costa Rica! We knew nothing about CR and we relied 100% on their expertise! DO NOT MISS OUT ON THE ARENAL HOT SPRINGS!

This is the company you want to book your vacation! Dyonne Burger was our rep. and she did a fantastic job. She patiently worked with us via phone and email to meet our requests. Her communication with us prior to our departure with recommendations of restaurants in each of the areas we visited was very helpful. Once we arrived in Costa Rica we had contact with Isaac thru WhatsApp and phone who was very efficient in making some changes to excursions and making sure we were happy with our service.

We loved the hotels, tours and van drivers. Superb service, always on time, fabulous hotels! The only thing that was disappointing was the area of Nosara. Long, dirty bumpy roads to get there, unimpressive town. Not enough nice restaurants or good shopping. I much preferred Manual Antonio and Qeupos to Nosara. If it were'nt for Lagarta Lodge, would not have atayed.

Beautiful country, so much to see and to do. We enjoyed our vacation and for sure will be back.

Caitlyn with Costa Rican Vacations listened to what we were interested in and gave us a great trip. All the transfers were on time.
The excursions (Waterfall repelling and white water rafting) we chose were excellent with knowledgeable guides who kept us safe too.
