The agent, accommodations, and logistics were great. My main complaint was that my agent recommended some activities based on the limititation had shared of a bad knee awaiting surgery. She recommended several activities such as the hanging bridges tour as perfect ,when it was 3 miles of irregular paths and steps through the rainforest. I was unable to participate in many things I paid to do with my kids because they were not appropriate for my limitations.

Costa Rican Vacations planned the best family vacation for us! Great communication before, during, and after our trip when we had questions. Costa Rica is an absolutely beautiful country with so much to see and do. We want to go back and see the rest of the country!

Rachel made our trip flawless! It was so easy to jump on a plane and explore Costa Rica with our perfectly planned itinerary! From start to finish, every detail was taken care of! We will use Rachel and her team for our next trip to Costa Rica! It can’t come soon enough!

We didn't have any previous experience or knowledge of Costa Rican Vacations, and so were a little unsure how everything would turn out. But we had a fantastic vacation, and everything worked so very well. We were very impressed by the care we received from the minute we departed the plane in Costa Rica until we checked into our flight home.
This was all the more important and impressive as we had to make changes and cut our vacation short because of COVID-19. The CRV team was able to help us make changes to our plans and get us to the airport on time to make it home safely.
We would 100% recommend them.

We were not sure what to expect but I am so glad we trusted Rebecca at Costa Rican Vacations! The staff, hotels, suggested tours and general itinerary of our stay was perfect. It was one of our best vacations ever and we are already saying we need to go back. The quick answers to our questions was amazing and the professionalism of the drivers and tours they recommend is top notch!

This vacation was impeccably planned, perfectly executed, and jam-packed full of fun and beauty. With some input from me, Nico planned a wonderful itinerary and sent to me in plenty of time to add and tweak things. The itinerary was so thoughtfully detailed, including what we should bring for each outing. Being met at the airport and escorted through customs was really nice and all of our drivers were friendly and so punctual. The accommodations were outstanding (Arenal Springs Resort and Los Altos Beach Resort). All of the outings were fun and great for my family with three kids (ages 6-12). They totally took any stress for planning the trip completely away!

Great experience! Beautiful, clean and friendly people with great food and unlimited adventures. I will tell my family and friends and we will be going again!

We had a great trip. It was well planned. Our one hiccup occurred when our driver failed to show up. Waited thirty monutes and called the company/ Ten minutes later they determined he had an accident and they dispatched another driver to pick us up and waived the fees for the trip. We would do this again.

Excellent, efficient and friendly. It would have been five stars if there hadn’t been a problem with the pickup on arrival - but that problem, once reported, was resolved rapidly

Fantastic trip! Rebecca was excellent in coordinating the activities and resort.
The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the importance and suttilies of nature's interactions. The fishing was first class and an enjoyment for all.

Rebecca Males did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted and needed from our trip of a lifetime and - she delivered. In fact, she exceeded our expectations. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to arrange a vacation to the beautiful country of Costa Rica. She suggested the perfect places for lodging - Hotel Bougainvillea, Volcano Lodge and Springs, Senda Monteverde and Villas Alturas, and coupled that with amazing tours - ziplining, coffee tour, whale and dolphin tour. She arranged all transportation throughout Costa Rica and all drivers were on time, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Hope to return someday and I would use Rebecca again to coordinate my trip.
