We just got back from Costa Rica yesterday. It was simply amazing. Sebastian from Costa Rica Vacations planned everything down to a Tee. We had 2 families with 9 children ranging from 4 to 17 years old. He created a customized vacation in which everyone was planned for. We traveled in a group of 13, got private tours and transportation. Costa Rica was beautiful and we would have definitely missed out on a lot of "must sees and dos"if not for their personal tour packaged. We stayed at 4 hotels all over Costa Rica and Sebastian planned it so that we would always arrive by the check in time- so we would never have to wait. It was 2 weeks of pure paradise. Definitely would recommend them to anyone traveling to Costa Rica.

We just returned home from our trip to Manuel Antonio that we booked back in 2019 but was postponed from last year due to the pandemic. We lived it! Sebastian was a huge help with everything and was so very patient. my daughters want to book a return trip for next year!! Thank you Sebastian for all of your help!!

I am a single mother wanting to not limit my travel experiences with my kids just because I don't have a partner to help out. Doing research to travel internationally was a bit daunting until I stumbled onto the site of Costa Rican Vacations. I am a bit of a skeptic and at first, didn't believe they could find me the right deals or make this easier on me vs. me just taking control and doing it on my own. But I gave it a try just to see. The initial process was easy. I worked with Sebastian. He listened to what my needs were, how old my children were what my budget was and what type of activities we wanted to do. Then, I sat back and did nothing while Sebationa set up a whole itinerary for me.

I reviewed it and it seemed simple enough. I went back and forth with him on dates, arrival times, how it would all work and he was very quick to respond to all of my questions. I then did my own research. I googled all the hotels, looked up the activities, and found out that Sebastion often got better deals than I could. He arranged everything.

The whole entire team was quick to respond. With traveling internationally during covid there were some pre-trip items to take care of and a Covid test they arranged for my return to the US. I also thought that it would be cheaper to drive myself around and rent a car, but Sebastian encouraged me to trust him and to take the transportation he set up for me. I am SO VERY glad I listened to him. We got to the airport and when we got off the plane there was a backup in customs probably at least a two-hour wait. They have a service that took us to a special line. That saved us time. Then when we got into our van, it had AC, Wifi and a very knowledgeable driver who helped us with everything! He even told us about Costa Rica, stopped and at an amazing true Costarican restaurant, and translated everything for us. The kids loved the wifi on all the transportation days and I enjoyed being able to sit back, see the beautiful country and not have to worry about navigating in unfamiliar territory! It was seamless. Honestly, the whole trip was seamless. Every transportation pick-up was on time or early and everything was planned out I had to worry about NOTHING! It allowed me the time to truly relax and enjoy time with my children without stressing about driving or navigating anything or triple-checking reservations.

Also, it gave me peace of mind, as a single parent, that everything was taken care of. I even left a hairdryer at the first hotel by accident and they called the hotel and drove it 6 hours to my other hotel. Amazing customer service! While we were in Costa Rica they gave me a special number to reach out if I needed anything. My son has a cochlear implant that was acting up and one of our excursions was white water rafting. We opted to cancel that trip. They amazingly got us our money back on that trip and rescheduled us for doing a dune buggy. We also wanted to stay another two hours at a hotel so asked the day prior to move back the transportation time, which they did!

It was the best vacation we have been on and it truly brought us closer together, it gave me confidence that I can still take my children on amazing vacations after a divorce due to the ease and help of the entire team at Costa Rican vacations. I would recommend this service to anyone! I would not travel to locations that they service without using them. I can not recommend them enough!

Costa Rican Vacations made our trip so easy. From the time we landed in Costa Rica, we didn't have to think about a thing. Everything was arranged and ran so smoothly. We were picked up from the airport and all of our transportation and lodging was great. Any time I had a question, they responded to me promptly. They even arranged for a Covid test at our hotel so we could fly home. Nadya was the best planner ever! She came up with an itinerary, and was abl eto make adjustments until it was just what we wanted. If you are traveling to Costa Rica, this is the way to do it!

This was an amazing vacation. It was a high school Graduation trip for my grandson Ethan. I also brought my 16-year-old grandson and my daughter. We don’t know what was the best part. We loved it all! We went zip lining, snorkeling, hiking, and swimming. Our travel agent was the best. All the pick ups and transfers from airport to resorts and back we’re on time and very courteous drivers. Planning another trip with friends for the end of the year!

Truly Great Agency

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we really lucked out choosing Costa Rica Vacations. We are thinking of moving there and planned two weeks to look around for areas that might suit us. We are experienced travelers having now been to 27 countries but did not feel like booking Costa Rica on our own.
Jessica was our agent and took as much time as we needed to plan and then change plans until we felt comfortable with the itinerary. Ask for her!
Once there things went perfectly.
All pickups and transfers worked like a swiss watch. Any time we needed assistance Yermi was available and resolved minor issues within minutes. Like a Queen sized bed when we wanted a King.
We recommend Finca Rosa Blanca as a first stop. Not too far from the airport and a great intro to the country. A small coffee plantation with great rooms, service and engaging staff. Also recommend El Silencio in the Rain Forest.
We plan to go back for a month in November and would not use anyone other than
Costa Rica Vacations.

This is by far the best travel agency I have ever worked with! I started planning our honeymoon with Tara and she did the most amazing job planning our entire trip! It was such a relief while planning a wedding to not have to worry about every little detail of the honeymoon, they took care of literally EVERYTHING!! I simply gave her a timeline and a budget and she checked every single box on the list! From every transport to every hotel to every excursion, she took care of everything! While in Costa Rica, we worked with Yermi who was amazing as well! Traveling during COVID is not easy but she scheduled everything including our COVID tests! Sebastian at Cost Rica Vacations assisted us in picking a package that checked off all the points of what we wanted to see and do on our first trip to this amazing destination. Three days in the rainforest and five days on the Pacific Coast was all we had hoped for and more.

Anastasia was a joy to work with. She answered the dozens of questions I had quickly and thoroughly. She helped plan the best trip my family has ever had. Once we landed in Costa Rica everything was handled from the Covid tests to ground transport. It was very simple and worry free. Our hotels were upgraded. The volcano lodge was beautiful and the Parador was a 5 star resort and we had the best view in hotel from our balcony.

My husband and I just returned from an amazing trip to Costa Rica. We cannot say enough positives to get the full picture of how amazing our trip was. It started with Sebastian Rojas being our vacation planner. If other planners are half as good as he is, you will be extremely pleased with the service. Everything we asked for was provided as far as things to do and accommodations. There wasn't one glitch in the itinerary that Sebastian lined up. Great trip! Our Hawaii vacation got cancelled at the last minute due to various Covid restrictions, so we reached out to Tara since she had been a huge help planning our honeymoon years ago. In ~24 hours, she had us booked for a Costa Rica vacation! The accommodations were excellent and the transfers always on time. What a great getaway!

Our first hotel was spectacular. The people went above and beyond to help us Out. All of the guides were fantastic. Our first guide, Hugo was the best. I would do it all over again. As I said above, everyone was exceptional. My entire family had a grand time. Thank you to the Costa Rican people.
