I've never bought through Wowcher before and never will again. The vouchers were for this store and I didn't receive my items. customer services don't reply. Will have to make a claim through my payment protection company.

Wish I read these reviews. They have arrived, no instructing, rubbish build, lights don't work. Trying to find out how to get refund. Any ideas? Got them off wowcher. Do not use

Ordered the three light up rain deer, what a scam this is from Dream store, worth about £5 they haven’t replied to my emails, least I got them so many people didn’t, don’t want to send them back because I know I won’t get a refund and I will have to pay the return (more expense) 😡

Like everyone else, no sign of my order and no sign of a refund. Again as others have said the item is supposedly sitting with Evri (11days). No way of contacting Wowcher. Absolutely rubbish, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting. My mother ( pensioner) ordered Christmas gift for her sister. Never arrived. Similar to others given evri tracking code and nothing happened. Have emailed and no response. Ripping off pensioners at Christmas truly a wow 😡😡😡😡

I agree with all the comments!!! I too ordered the light up reindeers and the items arrived after 3 weeks of chasing and raising a dispute!! No support at all from woucher and ukdreamstore!! A complete sham and disgusting how both these companies operate!!! The reindeer’s are probably £3 from China!!!! Going straight in the bin!! STAY AWAY from WOUCHER also, a total sham company, no customer service support, hidden delivery costs!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Ordered light up reindeer via Wowcher as it seems others have based on these reviews.

No sign of them! No response to emails! They were dispatched a day after ordering, sat on Evri’s system for 11 days not moving and now the tracking number isn’t recognised.
Avoid at all costs!
Currently in a battle trying to get a refund via wowcher!

**christmas reindeers** Absolutely shocking £30 i paid for something that is rrp £120 these are not as discribed or what are advertised

They do not respond to emails. Missing parcel bought from wowcher. Zero help, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FTOM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

Bought 2 items through Wowcher have emailed them no response at all same as other customers experiences tracking number provided but nothing else
I will be taking this case further and doing everything I can to stop this company from doing this to anyone else and getting my money back.
In the meantime I advise anyone reading these reviews not to go near this company

I brought two games consoles off wowcher and they got dispatched but that was it tracking never moved again and items never arrived and it's been over 3 weeks now. Contacted the merchant and they are ignoring me so no refunds and brought thease for my two kids for Christmas

Woocher the worst site I’ve ever ordered off, made to sign up on a monthly subscription of £15 a month before I could receive what I order which then was a hole rigmarole getting it so just ended up cancelling. So never got what I ordered then got charged £15 for subscription and got the order amount refunded into the woocher account to use again on a order that doesn’t come so history repeats its self and before you know it another £15 taken from your account.. AVOID ORDEREDING ANYTHING.

Absolutely disgusting company ordered reindeer, sent loads of emails no reply, I contacted the delivery company who tell me it’s not even in the country even though tracking states the delivery company have it. Absolutely disgusting company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Awful, ordered a set of outdoor reindeers through Wowcher. Product dispatched but then nothing. Emailed UK dream store who advised delivery can take between 8-15 days. We are now over this and nothing has changed. UK dream store are now not replying to emails. Do not use as they sound like a con company

Ordered a hoodie for my daughter via Wowcher. Never received it. Birthday has now come and gone - tracking number for Evri is not valid - even Evri say they have no record of receiving the goods.

UK Dreams Store has not bothered to reply to any emails sent to them.

The reviews on this site speak for themselves - have now asked my bank to reverse the payment.

I suggest a name change to the UK Nightmare Store.

Absolutely dreadful.. Sent for an item via wowcher. Have not received it.. They told me they'd send a replacement but the tracking number is the same as the one that went missing.. They seem to have no idea what they are doing. Don't order anything from them you most likely won't get it. All I want is what I paid for but this mess of a company can't even do that.

I purchased some sparkle shoes for my granddaughters birthday party through wowcher, they never arrived. I'd had to pay a separate delivery cost to ukdreamstore of £3.99. Wowcher are only refunding me my wowcher price of £13.99 said that ukdreamstore need to refund my delivery cost but they won't answer my emails. I'm now £3.99 out of pocket. Absolute disgrace of a company and probably another scam, rob enough people of £3.99 without having to do anything. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased a WEIXIANG strimmer through Living Social. The instructions are incomprehensible and there are parts missing and no charger as advertised. There is no contact information for Living Social through whom I purchased the voucher for Dreamstore

I ordered two thermal cups via Wowcher and one cup arrived damaged and the other had a damaged straw. This is quite frustrating but to give them credit they were quick to respond and send me a replacement cup and small refund for the straw. Obviously this added quite a bit of time on to get the final useable products but things happen and they were quick to resolve the issues for me.

I bought a voucher from living social in Ireland for a cordless strimmer from this supplier. Got it to my amazement the grass strimmer can't cut grass. UK dreamstore contacted me to say they didn't know what expectations customers had of a grass strimmer seriously ill give you a clue cut grass. They offered me a 7 euro partial refund seeing as though I paid 40 euro that includes postage I don't really think that's a great deal. They don't shoulder the cost of returning items. Stay away from this joke of a company .
