Bought through wowcher. Item didn't arrive, contacted the merchant, asked for all the details again!! No support or help from wowcher, apart from forwarding the mail!! Merchant gave me the run around for about 2 weeks, no cancellation or REFUND, AFTER NUMEROUS REQUESTS! No eta, it arrived eventually and was equal to the customer service, rubbish. In the recycling bin. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EITHER COMPANY.

They are scamming people, I purchased reindeer from via wowcher from this company. The item advertised is completely different from what i received. The item took three weeks to arrive and when it did it was a poorly 2d rusted with a broken cheaply made 10cm string light. Terrible customer service no refund , wowcher had to get involved as they did not respond to emails. Such a waste of money, they shouldn't be allowed to do this to people. Immoral and illegal practices. They should be taken off the wowcher site and shut down

I also bought the reindeers and they're completely different to what they're advertising. I'm trying to take it up with wowcher but I doubt I'll get my money back

I've been advised by wowcher to contact you after my purchase, I've had no response. I've paid £151 cash for goods only 2 delivered. 46184818 x8 charged 4.99 for each item for delivery and the 2 have came in one parcel
Wowcher advised they had contacted you also no reply. I'm discussed with your service. I would like a full refund case number 602247 nearly a month and no joy.

Please contact me ASAP, if solved in 24 hrs I will erase this post.

Uk DREAMSTORE NO LONGER TRADE

Its

GLAXWOOD TRADING LTD !!

Family of 3 reindeer DO NOT BUY please read the other reviews on them wish I had before purchasing. I was lucky mine had instructions from SHEIN ( definitely china inspired cheap tat ) If your looking for pound-land version of outside reindeer these are your guys 😳

SHOULD OF READ RECIEWS BEFORE ordering NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO RESPONSE, AND WOWCHER NO HELP.

Ordered 3 Xmas reindeer from Wowcher. Certainly not what is advertised. Very unstable and keep falling over. Switch is not water resistant so not suitable for outside use. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered via Wowcher who are equally as bad. None existent customer service, item got lost for over 2 weeks and after numerous ignored emails it arrived today. Item is damaged, broken gift for Christmas. I can’t even be bothered to contact the seller, never again!

If only I could give them 0. Ordered an advent calendar. Ordered 3 weeks in advance. Arrived December 4th. Every cell in the calendar was torn and damaged and not possible to be used. Emailed 2x to complain and no response. Do not buy from this company.

I had 2 orders which were despatched and went missing with the courier. I tried repeatedly to contact customer services for this company but they have ignored all contact

Zero customer service, never respond to emails! Ordered 2 pairs of ugg inspired slippers using wowcher and redeemed straight away to make sure I get my item on time for xmas on the 28th November, the order status has not changed and no response from ukdreamstore! I also feel let down by wowcher as they are the ones I went through to purchase these slippers but they take no responsibility but are happy to promote a dodgy company. I feel robbed!

Over a month and still waiting on my reindeer order and no response from customer service. I only wish I had seen the previous reviews prior to ordering. WASTE OF MONEY. AVOID AVOID AVOID!.

I ordered 2 parcels through wowcher from this company, they dispatched the parcel on 16th November. Evri has lost the parcel but I have emailed dream store 5 times in the last 3 weeks and had only 1 reply. The customer service is disgusting no contact number. Will never order from these again.

Just to second what another customer has said (pretty much word for word)! I too purchased the LED light up reindeers - complete scam. Flat packed self assembly with no instructions, I too couldn't believe the small box that arrived was what I ordered! Thin pre cut metal with tiny fiddly screws and bolts that screw into drilled holes (took me about 3hrs to put the bloody things together and string the lights). The metal was covered in glue dots and cheap webbing material and the 3 tiny coils of very thin LED lights (which were nowhere near enough to cover the items) worked for about an hour before giving up!

Cheap rubbish and not as advertised in the pictures at all. The lights are not as per illustration and all the pictures are misleading. Shame on you Dreamstore :( People - DO NOT BUY THESE REINDEER. So disappointed, I too would give a 0 if i could!

UK 'DREAM' STORE - I have now sent you 3 x emails asking for my money back and SURPRISE SURPRISE have received no response - how many more emails before I receive my refund?! SHAME ON WOWCHER for still selling them too!

Bought items through that TAKE ON app WOWCHER won't except my postcode & the customer service is Nil DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
THAT SITE SHOULD BE TOOK OFF LINE

I bought a reindeer through living social. It looks 3D on the photo, it arrived flat packed, you have to make it yourself as per a review made yesterday and the lights are faulty, The stand is a flimsy piece of metal that bends when you try and put it in the ground. What a waste of money. Too embarrassing to put outside!

I purchased the LED light up reindeers - what an absolute scam. Flat packed self assembly with no instructions, I could not believe the small box that arrived was what I ordered! Inside was thin pre cut metal with tiny fiddly screws that screw into drilled holes. The metal was covered in glue dots and cheap webbing material. You get 3 tiny coils of very thin LED wire which you supposedly wrap around the deer when assembled (nowhere near enough to cover the item) and surprise - the lights don't work when you turn them on.

Cheap rubbish and not as advertised in the pictures at all. The lights are not as per illustration and all the pictures are misleading. Shame on you Dreamstore :( People - DO NOT BUY THESE REINDEER. So disappointed, I would give a 0 if i could but at least they were delivered !

I ordered a coat from wowcher I never received it they had my money too want a refund 😡

Awful company. Item never received although according to Evri they have it. Tried to complain and after 2 responses saying item on its way now nothing.
I used Wowcher to buy this and so far can’t get a refund. They are still advertising the item I supposedly purchased with a note saying speedy and delivery. 🤬

I ordered Christmas Decorations (outdoor reindeer family) through Wowcher. Paid them £29.99 for it plus £3.99 for delivery. It was to be sent from a company called UK Dream Store. I received an Evri tracking number straight away. When I didn't receive item I contacted Evri who confirmed that even though a tracking number was generated, the seller never handed over the parcel. So I contacted Wowcher escalation in WhatsApp. They said they can't do anything till seller respond even though it was Wowcher who took money. Then I checked UK Dream Store in Companies House and it was liquidated few years ago. Yet Wowcher is still advertising stuff from them and happily taking money off people. Basically Wowcher is a SCAM WEBSITE! I had to claim money back from bank and PayPal because Wowcher wouldn't refund.
