Ordered from Wowcher, 1 order charged 3 lots of postage. One item fine, the other the wrong item was sent and the other hasn’t arrived. Tried to offer a partial refund for 1 lot of postage and said I didn’t have to return the item - doesn’t solve the issue at all. Wish I’d looked on here first! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible product. They are charging £50 for supposedly tumberland style boots. Way too small, dire quality and feel like they are made of cheap rubber. Still waiting for my refund.

Ordered twice with this company through wowcher, both orders lost in post and never arrived fighting for a refund

Bought what claimed to be a memory foam pillow, not made of memory foam. Complete scam.

I should have looked here before buying something from wowcher thats coming from here! Really worried now. Such a lot of negative reviews!

i ordered a coat (reduced from 70 to 25)from uk dreamstore, and it arrived yesterday, well packaged and great quality, after i ordered i went to reviews and thought i would be scammed, but it all went well,no complaints from me.9

Like all the other reviews. I’ve been scammed. I’m gutted. I ordered a chair via Wowcher and it never arrived. With an email to say there was a problem with shipment. For them to never send the chair.

As with many of these reviews I ordered and my item never arrived. I have contacted the seller multiple times and email ignored. I will never purchase from Wowcher or this dreadful company ever again it’s a scam I’m sure of it

I ordered 3 face tightening machines and a leg massager the value was over £60 ordered on the 31st December 23, never arrived, contacted Wowcher and they have said they will put in a wallet for me to purchase something else, i want my money back in my bank. Absolutely useless company, taking people's money and nothing ever turns up

Absolutely substandard products what you see is definitely not what you get. Unfortunately it won't let me rate lower than 1 star.

Ordered a Canada goose style winter jacket size extra large in red via wowcher.
Money taken out of my account on 01/01/24 but no jacket received,
Contacted Wowcher on several occasions automated service told me to contact supplier, UK dreamstore.
E mailed them on several occasions no response.
Both companies a joke steer well clear!

I was very skeptical about my order having read the reviews but I have to say my order fleece lined waterproof trousers arrived today ( it took14 days which was indicated when ordered ) and I am delighted with them good quality and very good value .

Ordered through Wowcher, obviously wish I’d seen what company would be ‘pretending’ to fulfill the order first. Ordered twice. Neither has arrived. Contacted the company twice and have been ignored both times. Wowcher guaranteed Christmas delivery but have also neglected to respond. Scam company stay well away

Ordered 4 stomp and go cars £50 with postage. Says delivered 12th Dec. Definitely NOT delivered, 4 emails to Wowcher and and UK dream with not a single reply. Now need to buy 4 new presents and out of pocket at a time when we can't afford to be. Shameful service.

I ordered an ice bath at £39.99 it says it was delivered 18.12 23 it hasn't been. I cannot get a response from UK Dream Store and I am waiting for an agent at WOWCHER. Absolute scam, this was supposed to be a main Christmas present. I WANT A REFUND ASAP

Don’t even want to give them the one star as they don’t deserve nothing.. absolute joke of company and Wowcher are no better, ordered unicorn plush animal chair for my grandchild through Wowcher did not arrive , said it was delivered on the 12th December.. got in touch with Wowcher who’ve chosen to ignore me so had to look into it and discovered it came from uk dream store , £26 might not be much but they seem to be conning more and more people and the more people they’re conning the more money they’re making .. STAY WELL CLEAR..

Scam. Wowcher won't help either. I'd better get my money back.by bank then
