Fast service, tons of choice and much cheaper than in the shops

The best company for buying snus from hands down, they have a great selection and prices unfortunately I have had 2 issues that were dealt with great by the company tho .

The first was my issue in giving the wrong delivery address which they sorted very quickly then offered me quicker shipping for something that wasn't even there mistake.

The second was a problem with the delivery driver saying he delivered through the letterbox but I never received. Two wombats sent me some cans free of charge to help out while the investigation got looked into and were very apologetic and helpful.

Have ordered solely from Two wombats for a few months now, every order has been delivered within a couple of days, the order process is easy, the customer service is amazing and the prices can’t be beat anywhere.

Ordered a few times now over the last year. Pouches came on time and at the best price I could find. Happy.

Brilliant products, very quick delivery and superb customer service.

Order was slightly delayed due to one can unavailable, customer service was great, they shipped order immediately when I asked it to be put through. Refunded (as expected) the can which wasn’t in stock and threw in a different can for me to try as apology. Used a couple of times now and always been impressed with cost and delivery time. Now customer service.

I ordered 2 items, a day later they emailed me saying that one of which was no longer available, so they added 2 extra items free of charge and also upgraded my shipping to next day.

I had a great experience with this company, ordered 6 boxes and got free shipping and they were delivered in only 3 days, however didn’t like 1 of the brands which was 3 of the boxes I ordered, I was able to get in touch with them through live chat and email and received a refund within a couple of days. The other pouches were great and the prices are amazing, also got offered a refer a friend for 50% off, which makes the prices next to nothing being a great deal. Would really recommend this website and i’m definitely going to shop here again. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
