I had an issue where the pouches I bought had an unusual flavour to what they normally do. I got in touch with Two Wombats and spoke to Lee who was apologetic and without any quibble offered an exchange or refund which was handled politely, quickly and professionally! I would highly recommend them!

Two Wombats is hands down the best.
They can't be beaten on price, their speed, both in communication and orders is phenomenal and they give thoughtful gestures to boot (Sweets and occasional freebies!!)
I had to contact them for an order I thought was wrong but Lee very patiently and thoroughly explained the maths that goes into mg per pouch which isn't always clear on the packaging.

If I could give them more stars I would, consistently reliable, friendly and best service around.

I always use two wombats to order my nicotine pouches, they are cheaper than anywhere else. There was an issue with one of the pots being charged more so I reached out and it was all sorted and refunded within 10 minutes. Truly great customer service, quick and very friendly, which is rare these days. Big thanks to Lee, who works there. He was extremely helpful and has made a customer for life. I’ve been using two wombats for a while now, they have the best range and the best prices on pouches. Never normally an issue but the two occasions I’ve have been problems Lee at customer service is always able to answer any questions and offer solutions.

Good deals on products, very fast shipping.
When an issue occurs (I've only had one, which was most likely caused in transit) they were swift to rectify the issue and did a inspection of the stock on there to ensure quality.
Not your typical company that sends bot responses!

I've been buying from two wombats for ages. The service is excellent, products and prices are spot on. I've referred many friends who use them too.
However, my reason for leaving this review is not for the above. It's only when things go wrong that we really find out what a company is worth.
My last order was slightly wrong so I made contact. Within the hour of raising my complaint/issue, I was in conversation with a human agent. These days that's a rare thing in itself. After a brief chat, the issue was resolved, then correct item was on its way and I'm well chuffed. I'd have given them 6 stars if I could.
