Excellent Customer Service
I recently encountered a technical issue when trying to place an order and reached out to customer support on a Saturday morning. Lee responded promptly and had their IT team resolve the problem within an hour or so.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that takes customer service seriously and actually delivers on it. I was able to complete my order without any further issues. Highly recommend Two Wombats!

Brilliant Customer Service, rare these days.
I am a regular customer of Two Wombats and they have always been great! Prompt delivery and good prices. I bought a pre-holiday supply but left the order late which was my fault and Royal Mail were having some distribution issues at the time and my order wasn't going to get to me before my holiday. I emailed Two Wombats customer service and Lee sorted me out with a new order that arrived before my holiday saving the day.
It's pretty rare these days to be able to talk to someone promptly and actually get a resolution so thank you to Two Wombats and Lee for sorting that out for me.
