ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
I’m not one to jump online to write reviews. Too much effort. But I felt compelled to do so with these guys. At first the prices made me dubious (would they be dry and out of date). How wrong I was. You can’t beat the deals they do, create account for free cans etc. 10 cans delivered for around £25 is insane. Delivered within 2 days too. Thanks guys

Great Staff and Easy customer focused company
Great company website is easy to navigate and has a wide range of brands of nicotine pouches and there is always a deal to be had! The customer services is spot on and always there to help regardless I would like to mention Lee from customer services who is professional and courteous! Will always shop with this company as the deals beat any shops prices 10 fold!

Incredible team & experience
Incredible team. Had an issue with one of my orders. It was unclear whether it was my mistake or theirs. However, there was no question. They just provided a solution and it was sorted. I really appreciate this high level of customer service, and as a result they now have my trust and future business.

Outstanding Customer Service
Quick response times to queries, deliveries on time with no issues, great product with cute little sweets and free samples, not to mention all the freebies you build up through repeat custom, but most importantly… Outstanding customer service! Unfortunately don’t experience it much anymore these days, a lot of companies could learn from these guys, this is how you keep your loyal customers and ensure repeat custom. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

I put the wrong address, so my parcel wasn't delivered. It was returned.
