When I had a delivery problem, it was Two Wombats that informed me, before the delivery company. I was willing to wait for a 2nd delivery attempt, but TW immediately despatched a replacement.

Best business I've dealt it! Outstanding service
Two Wombats are an exceptional company and it's such a pleasure not only buying my beloved nicotine pouches from them but also dealing with their customer services representatives! Lee, who has assisted me on numerous occasions is down to earth, friendly and extremely eager to help. Twice now I have made an error with my order, and without hesitation Lee sent me a return labels and exchanged my items free of charge for me. Two Wombats genuinely care for their customers and want their customers to receive the best possible experience. I do't say this lightly, but in my opinion Two Wombats is genuinely the best company and customer service I have ever received and to me there is no other company that quenches my nicotine pouch thirst as well as Two Wombats do! Please keep up the good work and Lee you're an absolute superstar!

Lovely people
Twice I've messed up the delivery address (movong house and sending to a friend) and both times customer service were very quick and communicative.
They aldo have an excellent range and ubeatable prices, especially on the special offers. I reccomend them so vehemently that people ask if im getting paid ( I'm not)

My original order was lost in the mail, but Two Wombats were all over it. Thank you to Lee, who, after one annoyed email from me, took it on himself to chase the order and then re send me the order again after just 24h. I couldn't have asked, nor have I experienced better customer service. Highly recommend

I ordered a product from twowombats and fully by my fault entered the wrong address. I wanted to get a refund on my order. I emailed them, to which I received fast, informative and kind responses. In the end getting the refund in a short amount of time. You can tell they care about their customers.

When the courier screwed up… TW sorted it
When the courier screwed up and didn’t deliver, Lee’s customer service was impeccable. No hassle, no fuss & and a replacement order shipped that day with a different courier.
Did I also tell you that they have a free cans thing as a loyalty scheme? Not to be sniffed at.
Yes, if any issues are routine and regular, you will get an ai auto reply. Most things I have found this bot handles well. But anything that needs dealing with by a human, and two wombats are on the case in a reasonable, yet prompt and timely manner.
Look nowhere else for your Nic pouches. Good prices, good range, and 5 ⭐️ service!
