Faultless and friendly. We dropped the car off by their car park near the airport and a friendly driver took us to the North terminal. An equally friendly person came on time with our car to the terminal and handed over the keys. It was a great price too, compared to the full valet services I normally use. I’d definitely use them again.

We parked at Tudor Rose Car Park for 2 weeks. If you have a child then do not drive you to the airport. That’s an extra £10 for them to accompany you to the airport and take the car back. Nothing of this is mentioned when you book. So be aware !!
When returning I called and they bluntly put the phone down saying my car isn’t with them. I was horrified and shocked !! Then a lady called me back saying they do not have a return booking for the day I had called 15th Dec (this was at 23:50) so I asked to search using car registration. Which she refused and continued to insist they didn’t have my car. Upon insisting they then told me my return booking was for 16th Dec 00:15 (which was 25 mins from my time of call). They need some extensive training in customer relationship and also their upfront terms communication needs to be revisited.

Excellent service, punctual and very good communication and response!! Close to Gatwick Airport. Took only 5 min to pick us up with our car!

I was supposed to be parking my car in the “Gatwick Tudor Rose Airport Parking” from Sunday 24/10/2021 for a week . However, we received our PCR test results on Saturday 23/10/2021 and one of my daughters tested positive for COVID, so I called them however they were useless and said that I need to cancel on the same website which I used for making the booking; which is “SkyParkSecure.com”. So I tried to cancel on the website however the system didn’t allow me as it was within 24 hours. So I contacted Sky Park Secure on Monday 25/10/2021 as they were off during the weekend however they said that they are just a comparison website and that “Tudor Rose Airport Parking” refused to authorise the refund, so I spoke with “Tudor Rose Airport Parking” again and they said that cancellation isn’t accepted if it is within 72 hours. I explained that as soon as we received the PCR results, we tried to cancel and that they shouldn’t charge us as this cancellation was out of our hands but they insisted not to issue a refund. They are horrible and very rude.

AVOID
I made an internet booking for parking at Gatwick with Tudor Rose through Shyparksecure. When I had paid for the booking I noticed my receipt had the wrong dates. The booking form had defaulted to the next day. I emailed the company and tried to call, but it was a Sunday and both offices were closed untill Monday. I called both offices and the drivers first thing on Monday morning. Tudor Rose could not have been more unhelpful. Tudor Rose claim they have overheads so are not able to ammend my booking to the dates I had typed in. The manager has not returned my calls or emails.
At least I will not have to worry about leaving my car with such dishonerable people.

This company supply car parking spaces to other sites online and due to Covid-19 they have said that certain purchases will not be transferred or refunded. My flights cancelled and fully refunded, the car rental refunded... the car park service in the UK at Gatwick... NON Refundable? They are basically stealing peoples money. I will be submitting a money.gov claim online if they don't refund me and will also be contacting HMRC and filing to see if they are seeking any funds - in other words profiteering from this terrible Covid-19 crisis. I have emailed them twice and NO reply.
