Great internet service, but when I came to renew my contract the renewal price was higher. Disappointed they don’t look after existing customers better.

I wish I had told their Salesman No! But I didn't I have run EE beside Trooli to the end of my EE contract & found that EE were considerably superior at my property for signal coverage over the home. Following my reliance now with Trooli the coverage from their standard Wifi is shockingly bad. I sit in my living room holding my mobile phone a foot above my head to get any website to be operational. I made contact with Trooli to advise & request some extenders to be told that will be best part of £27 extra a month. These are provided FOC by EE & others. I would really do your Homework before contracting with Trooli. I did not which has left me with buyers regret & the I can't wait to put this experience in the Bin where it belongs. Be aware if it looks too good to be true it probably is Trooli awful. My experience is an honest one, I can't speak for others gushing over the product but should you have a really nice engaging Guy turn up with his promotion Card. Bear in mind he is probably skint & really needs every sale. You must not buy just because he is so nice as mine was the product hast to meet your needs first nice Guy second. Trooli are very much Trooli first Customer experience somewhere lower on the needs list. Have a good day & remember to view the whole market to meet your needs not the nice Guy who rang your doorbell.

Connor was very experienced explained what would happen when I changed over to full fibre.Explained about all the packages on offer with trooli and the installation within 8 days

I just renewed our contract for another 2 years, so pleased with Trooli we decided to upgrade to the fastest speed and Amy managed all that for us without any fuss, no hard sell just a company that gets on with it. Thank you Amy.

Spoke with Kash at Trooli regarding moving home. I wanted to stay with Trooli as my experience with them has been brilliant from the start, have had a few dips in service which is to be expected. But very rarely!
When speaking with Kash, he was so helpful, offered me a reduced rate on what I pay at the moment, but decided to go with a better package, had an install date the day after we move and had all the proper communications that our current package would be cancelled.
Kash and the team have made moving a little less stressful!
Will alway recommend Trooli as I have never had better customer service and high speeds at a low cost!

I've been connected for 2 weeks. Trooli Full Fibre Broadband works fine, 9x as fast as the previous BT copper loop connection and at half the cost. Installation was on time and pretty painless. However it did take hours to reconnect all the smart devices in my home to the new router, that's down to me not Trooli. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

Have been with Trooli for the past 2 years and have had a rock solid broadband service. I was about to cancel and go elsewhere but a last minute change of plan( caused by another broadband supplier not doing what they said they would) has allowed me to re- contract with Trooli with great customer service supplied by Sacha.
Heres to another 2 years of brilliant full fibre broadband.

Had a few set up issues but once resolved I've had two years of trouble free service. Just negotiated a new contract with the renewals team - a big thankyou to Sacha who made it nice and easy 😊

I decided to switch to Trooli on the recommendation of a neighbour, who had also had great service from Connor. Connor explained the process clearly and answered all my questions and got the process to switch moving efficiently. I got an installation date the same week.
Compared to my previous BT contract I will get 20 times the speed for half the price. Highly recommended.
