I acquired the Tronsmart T6 MAX, It has really good quality sound, appropriate for small rooms or home teather, the battery doesn't last long if you plan to use it at max volume constantly, but in the bright side, the warranty cover this issue if it goes dead and even though the post sale service directly with the Tronsmart team has proven been really successful.

Adquirí el gang Max,pensando en su potencia y nitidez,usarlo para mi guitarra, pero no fue posible,dado que se produce una latencia notoria, escribí a tronsmart y muy amablemente me dijeron que iban a pasar el reporte y si hubiese alguna novedad me lo harían saber. El efecto es muy pro y audio logrado para una guitarra es muy pro, pero es una lastima está latencia.gracias!!

La cassa modello T7 (bluetooth 5.3 potenza 30 Watt) si presenta come da descrizione, realizzata con buoni materiali e con un ottimo compromesso qualità prezzo. Il suono è ben definito e bassi potenti, con possibilità della modifica delle impostazioni sia tramite i tasti fisici e sia tramite app. Al presentarsi di un problema, sono stato subito supportato dall’assistenza che ha provveduto alla sostituzione con un nuovo prodotto. Quindi, ottimo prodotto e ottima assistenza.

Compré un altavoz T7 defectuoso, el vendedor no da señales de vida y el fabricante se desentiende. Un servicio post venta nefasto.

La batteria dura solo 3 anni, poi la cassa è da buttare. Un vero peccato e spreco. Da evitate, l'assistenza ti dice che la garanzia è scaduta e non fanno nulla.

I run into a battery problem after almost a year and a half of using my Tronsmart Mega Pro, and the speaker won't turn on anymore. I contacted Trosnmart support and they sent me a replacement after showing them a couple of videos stating my problem.

In about a week my problem was solved. I'm positively surprised.

I bought a Tronsmart T2 Bluetooth speaker from AliExpress and within a few months, it stopped working. It does indicate that it is charging however it doesn't switch on. I contacted Aliexpress for a resolution however they let me down stating the buyer protection is over.

I contacted Tronsmart and informed them of the issue I have been facing and provided the required proof. After reviewing the details they they shipped a new one out to me and I received it within a couple of weeks. They were quick in responding to my emails and excellent customer service.

I hope the new product is not as defective as the first one.

Me ha gustado la experiencia de comprar en esta tienda , en todo momento he recibido contestación y ayuda ...lo mejor que la garantía me a traído uno nuevo , (sin tener que enviar el defectuoso) que aunque no funciona nada , es más la molestia y los tiempos de espera tan largos ....recomiendo comprar en esta tienda x mi experiencia....y doy las gracias x la profesionalidad...solo falta probar el nuevo que lo acabo de recibir y no he tenido ocasión ...un saludo

I've ordered headphones from AliExpress for my little daughter. She was using it for about an year, but once I had to use it and I understood that the sound of one of them is really low comparing to another one.
Reset did not solve the problem.
I've turned to the Tronsmart customer service and after a check they shipped me a new set of headphones.
