Really quick and easy service. Had a query about a clause in my employment contract, got an appointment the same day and Tom was helpful, knowledgeable and carefully considered my circumstances before giving advice.

Whilst it was initially difficult to get hold of anyone, after a chaser I was called back by Tom himself. He was extremely helpful and gave fantastic advice both from a legal and also a more practical perspective. He explained things in an easy to follow manner and went above and beyond with his time and practical advice. Thanks Tom

So very grateful and pleased with the advice received, a kind, caring and compassionate person.

I went on the Tribunal Claim website, and was contacted by Tom Street who confirmed i was entitled to a free phone appointment.I didn't receive my appointment because the so called 'Case Manager',Tracy Brand,didn't bother to get back to me, and i e-mailed her my number.She just didn't care.
Tom also referred me to a useless solicitor named Mark Sellek,from Anderton Law,and he didn't bother to get back to me either or care to understand my sitiation.I'm not sure why Tom employs or has conacts with these law firm, but they're terribly useles,and unprofessional to me.My situation is very serious, and i strongly believe profitable.Now i have to rely on free legal advice.If i could give zero stars then i would.

I called up 020 3923 4777 at 11:06 am on 24/09/21. The person I was put through to was very patronising and made me feel uneducated to deal with my own situation although I was told she was unable to give legal advise throughout the call she was insinuating that I had no case without fully understanding my situation. I left the call feeling very upset I would definitely not recommend this company please avoid I have my confidence knocked a lot now.

I received a call promptly from Tom who very kindly apologised and gave me a lot of advise and clarity in regards to my case. I am very happy and Impressed with this resolution and I look forward to working with Tom and the team in the future if eligible.!

Overall I can now say that this has been a very important and valuable experience for me and would love to recommend to future potential cases.

Like many, I was sceptical about "free advice" but after making a call to explain my position, I received an email three hours later from Tom giving me clarity of my legal position and my best course of action.
Don't hesitate as you will get some help, the service is not a cover to draw you in, it is very genuine and will no doubt be welcome during a difficult time. One great tip given was to check house insurance as if you have legal cover this may well also cover your leagal fees.

Spoke with Tom Street this morning with regard to an issue I have with my employers. Never having done this before, I needed a "fact finding mission", before anything else and Tom was great, sticking to facts only and explanations in detail and in an understandable way for the "layman". This made the whole telephone appointment painless and completely understandable. I would thoroughly recommend Tom's services

Straightforward, honest advise at a reasonable price.

In short, I didn’t have the money to pay over £300 for a Solicitor to listen to my case, neither did I have another £300 to receive feedback. I was really stuck needing legal advice but having limited money.

I was put into contact with Solicitor Network/Tom via National Debtline/Citizen Advice, and I really felt a weight off my shoulders, I was finally being offered the right help at a very affordable price.

The assistant on the phone was very informative and kept me calm through my emotions whilst explaining my case. I was told I may be able to have free advice, depending what the solicitor thought - I had an email first, with brief advice, however I required further clarity, so I was offered a 30 min appointment where I could email my paperwork for review (again, massive weight off shoulders that a solicitor was going to actually look at the documentation rather than me trying to explain it down the phone). I would then receive a call from the solicitor to discuss their advice.

I am so glad there are people in this world like Tom, firstly thank you for offering a helping hand to those really in need, secondly for being very upbeat, punctual, concise, informative, understanding, professional, reassuring and helpful.

I feel much better about my case and feel I can walk around with my head held high, worrying much less than I was 30 minutes ago.
