I had a really positive experience working with Toner Legal.
Sophia Acton was excellent throughout. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options at each stage. I always felt supported and well advised, which made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.

Prior to speaking to Toner Legal my situation with my employer was awful .
I contacted them and was put through to an amazing lady she was so nice and caring .The lady appointed me to Adam Cooke who called me then next morning.
Adam was so kind and caring in his professional role . Adam took everything away from me and my family as this was affecting us all . He dealt with everything so professional keeping me in the loop at all times , Adam achieved everything possible for me and without a doubt I’d 100% recommend him and the rest of the Toner Legal Team .

I was expecting a call about my enquiry from Sophia…..she didn’t call so I had to email her…..then she said I would get a call back today…..no call….terrible customer service and definite red flags…..I will go somewhere else 😡…..this was my experience and in your reply my name isn’t Sarah 😡😡
