Their website is down as off 02/06/2020. They won't reply to emails nor acknowledge receipt. I have been trying to reach them since the end of March over a cancellation. I thought it would be straight forward,but they have applied every trick in the book to avoid paying. Absolute rubbish, never use them!

Echo everyone’s comments. They use any route they can to avoid paying, waited weeks for them to decline me claim. I paid a fair sum for the insurance only to get terrible service. Use them at your peril, they won’t pay out.

Have been trying for over a month to get hold of someone about a claim but all emails (8 sent) are going unanswered, not even an acknowledgement it's been received!

worst insurance company I have ever used! they find any excuse not to pay and accused me of fraud! stay well away from them I suggest to use a reputable brand. imagine if you were in hospital abroad and needed life saving treatment and you try to contact 'travel claims services' only to find out they don't offer any kind of travel claims services and leave you to die

have been waiting 8 weeks for a response to a medical expenses claim made while on holiday. Not had any acknowledgement that the claim has been received. the phone line is a voicemail message that cuts off.

purchased policy via multi trip but this is the claims company they use. I will be complaining to the Ombudsman

A disgraceful, immoral, travel claims service company used by Multi-trip travel insurance - beware of who you are actually going to be relying on to fulfil your claim should you be unfortunate enough to need to make a claim!

Disgraceful insurance company! underwritten by Mapfre and claims managed by Travel Claims services, working on behalf of Multi-trip travel insurance - absolutely DO NOT use! - my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer in January - we started the claim for our booked holiday that clearly we were not going to be able to go on, originally I was told we would not be able to claim for my part of the holiday?! as I wasn't ill and would theoretically be able to go still! turned out this was not true, obviously. Sadly my husband then passed away late in January so the claim changed from my husband claiming for not being able to go, but to his estate claiming as he has now passed away... they never return any calls! in my time of crisis they have made me jump through hoops to provide varying evidence, documents and forms to complete - today I still have not had my claim settled! yet more telephone calls not returned and still none the wiser! shocking behaviour, and now, of course, using Covid-19 to hide behind as their reason for the delay - given that if you call them the first thing their answer service states is that they will NOT be paying out on ANY COVID-19 claims there is no reason for them to have a backlog - go figure!

ALL Please please please review this company before you enter into any Insurance policy with any Insurance Company, you need to check out who they are using as their claims service advisers as this is, unfortunately the second time i have had to deal with this claims company, my mistake as i changed policy provider after the first fiasco and didn't think to check who were their claims service advisers. And oh boy do these charlatans give you the run around when submitting a claim. I am claiming due to cancellation of our holiday due to the advice issued from the FCO and our holiday was cancelled, you would think this is relatively straightforward to process based on the circumstances. But oh no, and in short TCS's are trying every trick in the book to try and dissuade us from making a claim i.e. making it as awkward as is extremely possible, in the hope that we once again fade away, but guess what we won't on this occasion and will publicise this as much as we possibly can through social media and the likes, as companies like this should not be trading, and i say trading very loosely. I again am fighting them right now, so again, please please please think before using this company as you will only be wasting your money and putting yourself at risk should you need to make a claim.

I have never had to claim on travel insurance before and everyone who buys insurance hopes they never have to use it.We unfortunately missed our flights(no fault of our own) and had to book expensive replacements.
Travel claim services came through.
Didn't get all our money back( we knew this-policy had a £1000 per person limit).
Claim was dealt with professionally and expediently (took around 4 weeks).
They looked after me I thought only fair to give them a decent review.
We booked premium cover through ASDA.

Terrible company, terrible expereince - DO NOT USE

Awful travel insurance company. They DO NOT pay out. Please avoid. They lied to me abut my claim, lost documents and changed rules so they didn't pay out. Liars and cheats

Such a bad customer service experience. No one replies your emails, and it takes ages to get useful information from them.

The review process was not very long, but the customer service is unbelievably bad......Everyone sounds super cocky on the phone.......
