Very nice products
I was interested in this product for some time, and we finally needed to replace our dining set. We wanted a table with extension capability stored within the table itself as I was always frustrated storing the extra sections separately - we don't have the extra space for the separate storage, so we passed on the Transformer table and got a nice table that extends by pulling out the extensions from each end.
We purchased the Transformer bench and six chairs and are very pleased with the product. Good quality lumber and construction. Straightforward assembly.
The bench extends and closes very easily. We got a 2" bench cushion from another retailer that fits perfectly and makes the seat more comfortable. The chairs stack nicely, but we store the two extra chairs in other rooms to provide additional seats for those rooms and we can bring them into the eating area whenever we need them.
Everything was packed/shipped nicely, but arrived with a few very small dings on the chairs and bench and one of the bolts stripped. Customer service has been very helpful, they sent touch-up paint and replacement hardware which resolved these issues.
The chairs are level on our tile floor. We didn't need the adjustable leveling hardware on the back legs and any time we moved the chairs, they would loosen and make a scratching/vibrating noise. I removed them and added felt for the back legs which solved that.

The product is substandard and cheap…
The product is substandard and cheap components like mag latches.
Design doesn’t make sense. The idea is great but the power bar and also, very little to zero room for the screen and peripherals?
Trying to mount and move the monitors? Scratch up the cheap laminate.
Sorry I love your ideas. But my experiences had been terrible!

I was able to reach customer service right away.
I had gone to see the product in a store, but found out that buying it from a retailer didn't give me the same 30-day return as I get from buying directly from Transformer. Thankfully I was able to ask and clear that up right away and cancel my store order to reorder directly from you website!

I love my table set
I love my table set, but I did have a damaged bench show up. The warranty process was so quick and easy, and the rep who helped me, Boudah, did a fantastic job ensuring that I knew everything I needed to do so I could get my new bench ordered quickly. Excellent customer service all around.

Great customer service
First I had an issue with my order which was a website error and this was quickly corrected by Marcela. Then I received all my packages but one and Marcela again quickly responded to rely why this part of the shipment was delayed and the new shipping date that I could except it. Thank you so far the experience has been great. I am just waiting to finish my new deck so I can get everything out of the boxes.
