Amazing Customer Service!
My experiences with Transfer Table's customer service have been great, including calling when I needed help with placing my order, and calling/emailing again when my table arrived with a slight issue that needed to be resolved. Boudah especially was great to work with. Based on some old, negative comments on I had seen on reddit, I had been worried about communication and customer service, but I shouldn't have been; this company exceeded expectations in that regard.
The table itself has awesome storage in the legs/pedestal, meets my various needs, and looks beautiful in my kitchen.

No customer service response
Items looked like good quality. But try getting a hold of their customer service. It’s impossible. I put an accidental order in and their company policy says order can be cancelled before dispatch. I emailed right away to two separate email addresses to cancel it. No response for a few days. No ability to call anyone since phone line is in US and doesn’t allow calls from abroad. Finally someone got back to me about 5 days later. They asked for reason for cancellation. I responded and now I’m waiting for another 5 days with no response again as to whether the refund has been processed. Have had to do a charge back through my credit card. This is horrible customer service if you need help

After reviewing your case, we were unable to locate any phone calls from you. We did see that you contacted us by email on July 21st, and our team responded the same day. We followed up again on July 22nd, as our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET.
During our communication on July 22nd, we advised that your refund would be processed within 3–5 business days, and we can confirm that your refund was completed within the timeframe provided.
We would appreciate the opportunity to better understand your experience. Could you please let us know which email address you contacted us from where you did not receive a response? This will allow us to investigate further and ensure we address any gaps in our service.

Warranty Claim Resolution
Submitting an issue with delivery and damage was easy and reponse was fast. I was immediately connected to the warranty team who helped submit and approve a warranty claim. A quoted decision time of 3-5 days was resolved in two days. A quoted replacement time of 2-3 weeks ended up being just one week. Overall, super happy with the support process so far, just really hoping to get the replacement desk installed without issue so I can use it b/c it is beautiful!

I ordered 6 outdoor chairs and had a small issue where one chair didn't align properly during assembly. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturing defect or an assembly error on my end, but I reached out to support and they resolved it immediately by sending a replacement.🪑

We received our Transformer Table and bench yesterday, and our first impression was very positive. The furniture is beautiful, extremely heavy, and feels exceptionally well-built and sturdy. The packaging was impressive, and I especially appreciated the small box that included the catalog and gift card—it was a thoughtful touch that made the unboxing experience feel a little more special.
Unfortunately, it appears that something happened during shipping. The outer box had been damaged, and whatever caused the damage went through the Styrofoam packaging and left a noticeable mark on one of the bench legs.
Thankfully, this is where Transformer really impressed me. There was a customer service phone number included in the packaging, and I have to admit I usually dread calling customer service because it often turns into a long, frustrating process. This was the exact opposite. I was connected to a real person almost immediately. My representative, Chantelle, was friendly, professional, and clearly explained exactly what was needed to process a replacement.
Within minutes, I received an email outlining the simple steps to submit photos, and just a few hours later I had confirmation that a replacement bench had already been ordered and should arrive within 2–3 weeks.
While it's unfortunate that the bench was damaged in transit, the path to resolution honestly couldn't have been easier. I really appreciated that Transformer respected my time and made the process quick, efficient, and stress-free. Mistakes and shipping damage can happen with any large piece of furniture, but great customer service is what makes the difference. Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend Transformer Furniture.
