Hardware missing
I ordered 4 chairs. They were delivered, however the hardware to put them together wasn’t included in the box. It’s been almost two weeks since delivery and I can’t put the chairs together. I’m disappointed that the hardware was not rushed out to me. I’m still waiting for it to arrive.

We are sorry to hear that the hardware set did not arrive with your chairs.
We have already shipped the replacement hardware set to you. Since the shipment is coming from Canada, it takes longer as it needs to cross the border and go through customs clearance.
We completely understand the frustration with the wait. If we could ship it overnight directly to you, we certainly would, especially considering the investment you have made in your chairs.
Unfortunately, shipments are subject to customs processing, which impacts the delivery timeline.
According to the UPS tracking information emailed to you on July 31st, your hardware shipped that day, and the delivery is scheduled for August 7th between 2:45 PM and 4:45 PM.

I appreciate the company replacing the damaged table I received without hesitancy with proper documentation. The table is very good quality other than two flaws that must have taken place via shipping? I must also mention my interactions via email with their warranty customer service rep was excellent. Boudah was prompt, courteous, and informative.

Great customer service by Marie
We purchased the Transformer Table from a Costco Roadshow event. The table was delivered about 2 weeks later. The table, 2 chairs and 1 bench worked great. The size with 1 leaf fits our area perfectly and when we have guests over we can expand it to fit our entire group.
When the furniture was delivered, while we were unpacking the boxes, we discovered the second bench was damaged. We contacted Transformer Table customer service. The representative Marie answered our call. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to help. She apologized about the broken furniture and explained the process in detail about how to file the damaged furniture claim. After the phone call, the process was just how Marie explained. It was a pleasure working with her. Transformer Table has agreed to replace the bench and the replacement bench has already been ordered.

I'm giving 3 stars for now as the process is not over. I will say the quality of the product is 5 stars. Something happened in the packing process but things happen. I had a little repartee with Optimus, your bot, and that got tiring. I was very impressed with your human customer support! Bravi responded and obviously reviewed my interaction with the bot and responded perfectly. Having been in customer support for pretty much my whole career, can I give Bravi 7 stars? :-)

Not quite as expected
After a very long wait for our dining set, we were pleased to receive additional chairs at no charge for our patience.
However, we are not as excited about the table as we expected to be.
1. When there are no leaves in the 45" round table, there is very minimal leg room for users.
2. Also, the clasps on both of the doors on the pedestal have broken with minimal usage and now they don't stay closed.
3. Lastly, the finish on the table top shows every hand print and is a challenge to keep clean even when using placemats at all meals.
We probably wouldn't recommend this to a friend given the cost.

After reviewing your account, we would like to clarify that your order is currently outside of our one-year limited warranty period, which begins on the date of delivery. Additionally, we were unable to locate any warranty claim or email correspondence regarding the concerns you mentioned. The only communication we received was your recent message through social media.
Although your product is no longer covered under warranty, as a gesture of goodwill, we were willing to ship the necessary replacement door latches at no cost to help resolve the issue with the pedestal doors.
Regarding the limited legroom when the table is in its smallest configuration, as well as the fingerprints and maintenance of the tabletop finish, these are characteristics of the product's design and finish rather than manufacturing defects and, therefore, are not covered under warranty.
We hope this goodwill gesture demonstrates our commitment to supporting our customers, even beyond the warranty period.
