Marcela in Customer Relations was fabulous. I couldn’t take delivery soon and she arranged for it when I needed it and also helped with the purchase, getting a great deal. Sometimes was a little slow in responding but all in all she was a pleasure and very helpful.

We lost a screw for one of the chair arm rest. After interacting with some AI for a few eails that didnt understand my request for replacements pieces, the seevice agent that took over rapidly sent us the required pieces to fix the chair.

I will be out of the country until the end of the month. I called ask if I could hold delivery of my table, bench & coffee table until after September 2nd.
I spoke to Chantelle who was extremely pleasant & helpful. She was very attentive, she really listened took care of my delivery issue. At the end of the conversation she asked if there was anything else I needed and wished me a good day.
