I love my round walnut transformer table, bench and sideboard. It's beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I had an issue with damage that broke my heart. The response to my issue was both quick and compassionate. I appreciated the clear instructions for sending in the required information, as well as the timely and considerate response. I loved my product to begin with, and was so happy to have a positive customer service experience to fix my issue as well. I would recommend Transformer Table to anyone. The quality is great and it has transformed my dining area. I get compliments on it from everyone who sees it. It's great to know that the company also has wonderful customer service to help when issues come up.

I really loved that they have a showroom, it was nice to go see before ordering. Tashi made sure that i could see what i wanted to buy. You can join her at 514-654-0066.
It was not sure that i could received the table before my vacations. But the warehouse team send me all my order 1 week later! Its so appreciated!
The delivery company was fast and offered me options for the date and hour
The table fits really nice in my little dining room!

Small condo
Small condo, big family dinners this thing's a lifesaver, goes from a little four-top to seating the whole crew in a couple minutes. Solid as a rock too, no wobble, and I like that the panels just tuck away in the bench so I'm not hunting for storage. Went with the Canadian Birch and it looks sharp, plus they plant a tree with your order, eh nice touch.

In addition to the desk being absolutely beautiful and functional the service was out of this world. I first talked to Marcela because I put the wrong address on my order. She was pleasant and helpful and didn't make me feel like an nuisance but rather like she was so happy to be helping and that these kinds of mistakes are common. Next I spoke to Bravi when I damaged the desk by own stupid actions. She was kind, understanding, and didn't make me feel stupid. She then connected me with Boudah from the Warranty team, who could have told me I was on my own because the mistake was entirely mine but instead sent the kindest response and offered me a partial refund to help me pay for a repair service. That was going so far above and beyond my expectations. This is a top notch company offering top notch products. Don't hesitate if you're interested in their products.

I have not received my table
I have not received my table (they have canceled three scheduled deliveries and have not confirmed my requested fourth date) and have received explanations that flatly contradict each other. As of the date of this post, my negative review has not appeared on their site - and the product has no other one star reviews. It appeared that we’re being scammed and that the table is never coming, but it seems like this is something people have experienced (various delays) when they order directly through the company as opposed to third party vendors. I still have not received a fairly pricey table, though, so I cannot confirm that tables ordered directly through the vendor will actually be delivered.

Defective coffee table and replacement
The coffee table that came with my purchase was defective. I contacted transformer support and got a response very quickly. They sent me a new table immediately and I got it within about 2 to 3 weeks. They were very efficient and responsive, and when you’re buying new furniture, that is really appreciative. Special thanks to Boudah, Warranty Coordinator, who is the person I was in touch with - they made the process seamless. I have not had a chance to actually open the box and set up the new coffee table yet because it was sent to my old address, so I can’t comment on the table itself yet, but I did want to say that for those people who have heard or said that transformer support is slow to respond, or inefficient after the fact, that was definitely not my experience! Also, on a side-note, my actual dining table and chairs are absolutely beautiful! Looking forward to seeing what my coffee table looks like once assembled :-)
