Terrible delivery, terrible quality - and a company that doesn’t stand behind their products
We bought two tables, a bench, and 12 chairs.
1) The table and chairs don’t match each other - significantly different
2) One of the tables arrived with large scuff marks (TransformerTable offered me $200 or to return the table and reorder it)
3) We placed the order roughly June 23 - it said delivery by July 4. It took me calling 10+ times for them to realize their warehouse and shipping company made a mistake and didn’t actually ship the order. It arrived around July 22.
4) The seats all had plastic left on them - which is really annoying to have to take off of 12 chairs when you paid for white glove delivery.
5) The stabilizing leg lifts the whole table slightly off the ground based on its metal wheel bearing. This means the whole table moves easily / grinds your floor. Trying to level it doesn’t help.
6) The chair leveler pegs are poorly designed and repeatedly fall out of the chair legs.
Save your money and buy better quality from a better company. It took me more than 10 hours of customer service calls and 30+ emails and I still am stuck with a damaged table that doesn’t match its chairs (or the second table that I have in a different room). Customer service gave me a small percentage of the purchase price as an apology after all this - and this is the problem buying a table from an online company like this. How do you return 1000 pounds of tables and chairs when they show up and are a low quality batch? Particularly after you gave away your old table because you thought you were getting this great table…

We understand your concerns about the table and the delivery delay. We recognize the frustration and inconvenience caused by the extended wait and the follow-up required. A fair compensation was offered in consideration of the delivery delays and the cosmetic concerns with the table.
The protective plastic on the chairs is intended to protect them during transportation. However, we understand that removing it from 12 chairs was inconvenient, particularly following a white-glove delivery.

Today I was grateful to be assisted by Jenifar (CSR). She has that soft tone voice and was ready to listen for the reason of my call today . She walked my through the process of getting a replacement for my damaged “ Bench”. I provided her with pictures where the damaged were. Jenifar has very good customer service people skills! Throughout our phone conversation, I didn’t feel being rush by Jenifar.

Fantastic!
I bought a Transformer Table and 6 chairs and I absolutely love my set! The materials are sturdy and they look beautiful in my space. 2 of the chairs I received had a problem with the threading, so I contacted customer service and they were incredible! Jacob and Angelica were both so helpful and assisted me in reordering my chairs at the same price I originally paid for them. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone searching for great quality products and unmatched customer service.

Easy Color Change
We went to the store and ordered a color. When we got home, we decided a different color would match our home better. A simple phone call made it super easy to change the order to the new color we wanted. Marie did a great job helping us with the change.

Issues with delivery, table and extension panels came chipped, and the warranty response was initially very disappointing. However, after a few exchanges of emails with Boudah (she was very helpful), they agreed to a full replacement. I am still concerned with how easy the finish will chip.
