All good abdullah was amazing

Terrible after sales experience. Bought a car less than two weeks ago, paid extra money for car mats, no car mats provided or explanation as to why, drivers side speakers not working and more worryingly, engine management light came on three days ago, called them and got told ring your warranty company, even though I had 30 days warranty with them. Got AA out to check problem, they said needs to go in for repair ASAP, got given a date of 14th August!!!! Challenged this and got told to drop car off and hopefully be a cancellation within 7 days and they would fix it, but then can’t provide me with a courtesy car or tell me how long the car will be with them for, so less than 2 weeks after purchasing a vehicle I have to drop it off and have no car for 7 days. Absolutely terrible service, wish I’d bought a vehicle elsewhere with some proper after sales support. Would NOT recommend.

Very good customer service made the progress easy and straightforward went out their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable in making the right decision on a new car

On day of pick up was made to wait hours for car. Was told they was replacing windscreen washer pump. However on the mot history this was done December 2025 and this part lasts roughly 5 to 10 years so that is total jackanory so what was they doing.

Swapping my front tyres for low tread ones would be my guess the floor is open for them to provide the receipts yo disprove me.

Also all other issues still unresolved and being ghosted despite them requesting invoices and saying they would help. The local press and radio will ve very interested to hear this later on in the week.

Namely poor alloys, no parcel shelf, rear wiper split, front wipers smearing, inoperable lights, interior trim flaked away

Abdullah was really helpful and very clear on everything we had to go through during the process. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Would recommend his services to anyone.

Max supported me with finalising car tax for me and supporting the process. Very friendly and explained processes cleary to me. Fab customer service.

Pretty good experience all in all. Process was smooth throughout with clear communication given by Ethan. Very respectful and even though there were technical issues these were made quite clear as well.

My experience was smooth from walking through the door to walking out, from Chris and phill the sales men to Olaf & Jake, Olaf explained everything thoroughly so I understood & Jake went the extra mile even helping me sort out my tax and insurance before I left. Highly reccomend.
